The Doctor stayed in the TARDIS and tried to repair as much as possible without the pepper, until he heard a knock on the door. "Oh no..", he mumbled while he headed for the door. As he opened the door, a little blond boy appeared with a big grin. "Hey there, little fellow.", the doctor said friendly. The boy was about four years old and had a lot of dirt on his clothes and face. His grin got bigger as he saw the strange look of the doctor. "Who are you?", the boy asked. "Well, I'm the doctor. And who are you?", he replied. He stepped out of the TARDIS and closed the door so that the boy couldn't see the inside of it. "You're a doctor?", he asked sceptical. The doctor raised an eyebrow. "Indeed.", he replied. "And what is that?", the boy asked pointing at the TARDIS. The doctor pointed at the lettering. "Can't you read that? Well, of course you can't read yet..." The little boy had a little stuffed animal in his hand but the doctor couldn't see what exact kind of animal it's supposed to be because it was badly processed. He showed it to the doctor. "This is my bunny Albert. My mom made him for me and he's my best friend. I'm sad because he lost one ear and now he's unable to hear properly. But now I found a real doctor! Can you help him, please?", he asked and looked at the doctor with puppyeyes. The doctor sighted. "What's your name?", he asked. "My Name is Fred.", the boy replied. "Alright, Fred. Wait a second, I need to get... my doctor stuff. Yes, my doctor stuff. I'm unable to work without it. Wait here for me, I'll be right back.", the doctor said and ran back into the TARDIS. He ran around looking for some thread and a needle. As he found it, he ran back to the boy and closed the door behind them. "Okay, we're going to fix his ear.", the doctor said acting excited and the boy nodded happily. The doctor stitched the ear back on the head of the curious bunny as Fred opened his mouth to talk. "I've never seen such a box before. Please tell me what that is. And why were you in it?", he asked. The doctor sighted. "You're a real nosey boy, aren't you? It's...", he needed to think about what to say, "Well, it's my doctor-box. Sick people can knock on my door and I'll cure their diseases because I'm the best doctor in the world and I can cure any disease.", the doctor replied smiling. He actually enjoyed little lies like this one. Fred made an astonished face. "Really?", he asked with big eyes. "Yeah sure, look. I cured Albert." He showed him the stuffed bunny and smiled. "He's able to hear again and look, I'll add something special." He pulled a little red neckerchief out of his coat pocket and tied it on the bunny's neck. "Ohh! That's wonderful! Now he won't ever catch cold again!", fred screamed excited. "Exactly. Now go, you nosey little boy.", the doctor said smiling and Fred ran away laughing. The doctor always had treated children really well because he actually really likes them. He walked back into the TARDIS and continued his work. One hour passed and Rose still didn't return. He got kinda nervous and walked to the door of the TARDIS and as he opened it, a lot of people stood before it. They were mumbling and acted kinda shy. The doctor looked at them in shock. "What- What's going on here? What do you want?", he asked but the people only stared at him. "No! Don't touch it!", he shouted as one woman tried to touch the TARDIS. The people told him that a boy told them about his skills as a doctor and that they want him to cure their diseases. "No, I'm already closed, sorry. You can return tomorrow or, for the best,  not at all. Now go. Please. I told you not to touch it!", he said as the women tried to touch it again.  The people slowly walked away, most of them angry. The doctor stepped out of the TARDIS and looked at it. "I need to park you somewhere else but you're not working. Great.", he said with a sarcastic voice and looked around searching for Rose but she still wasn't near.
