let me rewrite the story

"Sera" Kenji mumbled out as the two of us were left in the room. It was now night time, and just as I said earlier I was willing to mate with him now.

"Thank you for allowing me to be your mate" he said with a fond smile and I nodded. "Of course, and thank you too for choosing to court me back then" I chuckled before I wrapped my hands around his neck.

"Now just make me yours already" I smirked and soon enough he kissed me and I can feel his hands roam my body.

"No need to rush, you can have me all night" I chuckled as he pulled away and lifted me up and layed me down on the grass bed covered in soft furs.

"Don't worry, I won't rush. I'll be sure to make you feel good" he mumbled before diving in for another kiss.

The next morning, I woke up feeling fresh. I looked down to see myself already clothed. 'Where did his mark end up in?' I thought and looked around my body, checking my chest, arms, hips until my eyes landed on my stomach.

Just below my belly button, a white fox was peacefully curled up. The most interesting thing in the mark though is that a small bluish white crown was nested atop of it's head.

It was known in the novel that if you had a king as a mate, their mark would have a bluish white crown on top of it, indicating royalty. If one of the previous mate who wasn't a king gained the title of one, a crown would just appear and the same goes if the male lost his status of a crown. It would just disappear.

"How cute" I mumbled with a small laugh and looked up when I heard the door open. "You're awake" Kenji said as he looked at me with a smile, he was carrying a wooden tray.

It had a few skwered meat, sliced bananas, oranges, strawberry and some blueberries too. "Thank you" I said with a smile as I took the tray from him.

"Do you need anything else?" Kenji asked. "Hm, not at the moment, I'll call any of you later if I need anything alright?" I said with a smile and he nodded.

"Alright, I'll leave now. Just call me or the others when you need anything" he said and I hummed in response as I took a bite from the meat.

'Hmm, I wanna explore the city and see how big it really is' I thought as I continued eating the meat, occasionally munching on the fruits. "Hm, I think I also need to find some vegetables, I miss eating them" I sigh as I quickly finish my meal.

I then went out, carrying the tray with me and went in the dining area. "Can we go to the forest later? I wanna see if I can find some vegetables I can eat~" I said to my males once I arrived at the dining area.

"But it might be dangerous, we can find them for you" Denver said making me shake my head. "But I wanna explore and plus I want to see what kind of plants grow around here" I said making him look at my other mates who only sigh.

"Alright, but at least half of us will be with you and you are to be carried at all time" Carlos said and I hummed in response.

"Alright!" I grinned and handed Xavier the tray I was holding. "When do you want to leave?" Tora asked as I sat down between Marlo and Kei.

"Hm maybe in a bit" I answered and patted Uno as he went to me. "Can we bring the cubs? I'm sure Archie also wants to teach them how to hunt" I said and turned to Archie who thinks for a moment before nodding.

"We can and I'll make sure we stay close to you" Archie said and I hummed.

"Well, I'll just gather the things I need and we can go now" I said and they nodded. I then went back to the room just to grab two baskets and a few unsued furs and then went back down.

"Alright, I'm all set. Let's go?" I said and they nodded. Carlos, Kenji, Archie, Calvin, Xavier and Lucas were the ones who went out with me. The cubs also trailed behind Xavier who was carrying me.

"Now remember okay, just let us carry you and just point out whatever you want and we'll pick it for you" Carlos said again as we reached the gate.

The two guards nodded at Kenji and watch us as we left and went to the forest. "I wonder what kind of food will I be able to find today" I muttered as I looked around, finding quite a few beastman other than us in the forest.

They were probably hunting for themselves or their family so we just ignored them and continued on our way a little bit more deeper inside the forest.

As we continued on our way, we found some mushrooms. "Are you sure they're safe to eat Sera?" Lucas asked as he picked some brown mushroom.

I hummed and nodded in response. "Yes they are, you can also confirm it later with Denver, I'm sure he knows about those" I said and he hesitantly nodded.

Just then, the bust from besides him began to rustle but he made no move to attack since seconds later, Dos burst out of the bushes carrying a dead lizard that was about the size of my arm.

Leaves and a little bit of mud was stuck on his fur. Even tho his fur was black, I can clearly see the patches of dirt.

"Alright you little rascal. Good job in getting that" I said and watch my little cub puffed his chest in pride and slowly walked towards me, the giant lizard still in its mouth.

"Alright stop right there cub. It's not like mou isn't happy with your hunt but she just doesn't like that creepy looking lizard. Why don't you hold onto that and potentially scare Denver with it later?" I suggested to Dos who. Immediately nodd.

"I already pity Denver on what is about to come to him"  Calvin muttered which made the other males laugh a bit.

"Alright now, enough chit chatting and let's go continue find those vegetables!" I grinned as we ventured off to the slight deeper part of the forest.
