Chapter 9

--Heart In My Hands--

If you said you were cold,
I would wrap my arms around you.
If you said you were thirsty,
I would give you the ocean blue.
I would give you anything: the moon, the stars, the sunset too.
This heart in my hands I hold out to you.

The stars shone brightly in the night sky. Class 1A decided to go camping on the school's roof. While everyone was staring at the beautiful constellations in the sky, a certain ashe blonde was staring at his own star.

The way the night sky glistened in her eyes. The way the moon's light shone down on her, giving Mio her own spotlight. The way her loose braids danced with the light breeze that kissed her skin.

"Bakubro!" Kirishima slung his arm around his best friend. Bakugo stopped staring at his crush and turned to the red-haired boy.

"Hm?"

"Look!" He pointed at Orion in the sky. Bakugo stared at the stars. Yayarozu created mini telescopes for everyone so they could all enjoy the stars.

"Nisshoku, this was an amazing idea! Thank you for bringing this up to me!" Ida bowed to the black and pink haired girl. She blushed and waved her hands around frantically.

"It's really not that big of a deal! You don't have to bow!" Mio fiddled with the hem of her pajamas.

"Mi-chan!" Uraraka grabbed the girl's arm, "Come get snacks with us!"

"Okay!" She smiled and headed to the stairs with the rest of the girls in the class. The roller in the girl's hair tapped her forehead as she ran.

"Guys, I brought us supplies to make friendship bracelets!" Kaminari pulled out three packages of materials. Ojiro sighed.

"Kaminari, this is supposed to be a learning experience!" Ida scolded the poor boy. Kaminari pouted.

"Ida, who says we can't make this activity fun?" Sero nudged the blue haired boy. The class rep sighed.

"Fine. We can make friendship bracelets..." Ida agreed.

"Yay!" Kaminari and Kirishima cheered at the same time. Tokoyami snorted at the excitement of the two boys.

Midoriya helped them set up the activity while the girls came back with a bunch of different snacks. The snacks ranged from healthy things to complete junk food. Nobody complained, though.

"Friendship bracelets!?" Hagakure gasped.

"Hell yeah!" Mina took her place next to Kirishima.

"Kaminari brought them." Mineta spoke up. Mineta wasn't as bad as he was the first year, but Ida didn't trust him to be close to the girls. Mineta was surprised he was even allowed to join the rest of the class.

"Good thinking, Pikachu." Jirou sat next to the blonde. He blushed.

"Thanks." He smiled at her. She blushed as well.

"W-whatever!" She practically shouted. Everyone laughed and sat in a circle. Todoroki created a small fire. Everyone laughed and enjoyed the rest of the night. The night ended with Mina placing a kiss on Kirishima's cheek from a dare.

Mio sighed, "What a chaotic night..."
