--Fool For Your Charms--

Every day with you gives me a thrill;
All my dreams you richly fulfill.
I’m a fool for your charms;
You belong in my arms;
Love me; please say that you will.

Mio roamed around the library. She had lots of thoughts and feelings swirling around inside of her. When she saw Bakugo passing the poems on, she didn't know how to feel.

Does he think it's stupid? She thought to herself. Everything was just so confusing. She didn't plan on going to the library today, but she needed to clear her mind.

In the three years that she has been in this school, she has read two-thirds of the books in the library. There were tons of different books in the library that made her so excited when she was a first year. She read about 30 books that year.

Bakugo entered through the library doors. Mr. Aizawa assigned the class these reading logs that they had to complete by the end of the week. The blonde walked down a random aisle in a random genre. He hasn't read an actual book for himself since junior high.

Mio already completed the assignment and was looking for her next book to read. She had no idea what genre to read. She didn't notice her childhood friend until they accidentally bumped into each other.

"Oh... what's up, bro?" She greeted him. For others, this might be a weird greeting for a girl to say to her crush, but it was pretty normal for Mio. She had so many pet names that she wanted to call him.

"Hey. You looking for a book for the assignment?" He asked. Mio shook her head.

"I finished that shit already." She said nonchalantly. He stared at her blankly.

"How!?"

"I don't know. I just read a lot." She shrugged."Plus, it's just answering a bunch of questions about a book you're reading."

"Okay, bookworm." He ruffled her hair. She huffed and swatted his hands away. He chuckled.

"Jerk." She huffed.

"Forever and always."

"Do you want a recommendation?" She asked, "I have read two-thirds of the books in this library."

"Sure. How the fuck do you have time to read that much?" He asked. She sighed.

"Follow me." She started walking to a different section in the library. Bakugo followed behind her like a puppy.

"You never answered my question." He pointed out. Mio sighed and stopped walking. She grabbed a book off the shelf.

"My first year here was hard. I barely had any friends, so I spent all my time here. Then I suddenly got popular in my second year and now here we are." She handed him the book she was holding.

"Oh... I didn't know that." He said, reading the summary on the back of the book.

"Why would you? You were busy with your friends." She said, grabbing herself a book.

"I'm sorry." He suddenly said. She snapped her head back at him.

"Did Katsuki Bakugo just say sorry?" She gasped, "Where is Katsuki, and what have you done with him?"

He rolled his eyes, cracking a small smile. "Whatever."

She giggled, sitting down. She opened her book and began to read. He took a seat next to her. He opened up his book and began to read it as well. He liked the book right off the back.

"How did you know I would like this book?" He asked her. She smiled softly.

"Cause I know you. I remember that you loved Romeo and Juliet. It's similar." She answered. He stared at her in disbelief. He remembered something so insignificant about him. Not many knew of his love for Shaskpere. The book wasn't by Shaskpere, but it was similar to one of the man's works.

He thought back to the poem he had gotten. Thrill. That's definitely what he was feeling right now. He couldn't help but think of one thing.

Is she doing this to me on purpose?
