Saw the problems, tried to solve them all,

But in the end, it was me who took the fall. Breaking into pieces, wishing for peace,
Fighting battles where stress never ceased

You'd gaslight me, twist the truth so tight, Echoes in my mind, screaming through the night. It was toxic, though you'd never see, Had to leave, set myself free.

Had to leave, had to find my way, and had to see the light at the end of the day. Healing and
Growing one step at a time, Leaving behind the memories while picking up the pieces of what I lost so that I could shine....

One step at a time, I'll heal while I'm breaking free from the toxic....
