A/N: What the title says- part two of Cramped. I recommend reading that before this one if you haven't.

"On the bright side," Freddy started, "You won't have to run all the time. You can just relax there- Think of it as a break!"

Gregory sighed. Darn robots and their stupid optimism.. "Freddy, it's like the size of a dog crate in here. How is that a break?"

Freddy actually went quiet -took him long enough, in Gregory's opinion- for a moment. It was actually a few minutes before he spoke again. "Well, superstar, now you can see the areas you couldn't before!"

"..I guess."

And 15 minutes later, that's how he and Gregory found themselves in Gator golf, watching a wet floor bot struggle to upright itself. From what they saw, it had managed to slip in a puddle created by one of the small ponds, and had been stuck for a while. ..ironic.

Gregory sighed as he watched the robot uselessly spin it's wheels. "..This is getting kinda sad."

"..I suppose so, perhaps we should just help it?" Freddy stood straight, beginning to walk over.

"Wait, wait, it's getting somewhere." Gregory sat up in the small space, trying to adjust himself to better see through Freddy's vision. The wet floor bot had caught one of its wheels on the railing surrounding the pond, and was gradually lifting itself up.

The bot finally turned itself upright, and Gregory cheered. "Yeah!"

The bot gave a happy chirp, seeming to understand that it's viewers were proud of it. After a bit of urging from Gregory, Freddy crouched down to pat the thing on it's head. It gave another one of the happy chirps, and Gregory laughed in response.

"Can we keep it?" Gregory pleaded, then tacked on, "Pleaseeee?" Freddy couldn't currently see the boy, but he knew he was making puppy dog eyes. Freddy sighed, just the thought of that face broke his resolve.

"..I suppose. It doesn't seem to be in use anyways." Freddy bent down, helping the bot back onto the turf of the golf course. He started walking, and the bot followed beside him. "Where to next, Gregory?"

The boy shifted, trying to ignore the growing soreness throughout his body. He hummed in thought before giving a slight shrug. "The Raceway?"

Freddy nodded, already finding a path via his internal map. "To the Raceway it is!" Freddy announced as he started on his way to the Raceway. He heard Gregory give a noise that was somewhat excited, and Freddy was glad he was able to make the boy happy.

Freddy was now back in his green room, standing idly in front of his mirror in that odd way again. Gregory leaned his back against the inside of Freddy's stomach hatch, letting his eyes slide shut. During the time that de'd been stuck in this small space, they had visited the Raceway -Gregory had laughed at Roxy wandering aimlessly around there, which got him a mild scolding from Freddy-, El Chips -Gregory got Freddy to steal a few piñatas-, and walked around rockstar row before returning to Freddy's room.

Despite Freddy's chipper disposition, being in the chest cavity for this long really just sucked. He was about this close to just ripping and pulling at wires until one opened the stupid door. Gregory was just about to voice as much for the umpteenth time, but suddenly there was a loud click. The hatch opened, and Gregory found himself falling from Freddy's hatch.

Gregory gave a surprised yelp, which was cut off when Freddy's large paws grabbed him by the torso, careful not to injure Gregory farther with his claws. The boy looked so.. small to Freddy in that moment, that he almost forgot to set him down. But alas, Freddy had to set him down on his feet. The wet floor bot rolled up to Gregory, and the boy smiled as he patted it's head. That was when Freddy's eyes shifted down, remembering the cut on Gregory's calf.

"Superstar!" Freddy started, turning the boy around to see the offending scrapes. "You are hurt!"

Gregory gave a slight hum, looking back to see the cut. It was a bit dirty and inflamed from him being it he stomach hatch, but was otherwise alright. "Oh, yeah. That thing."

Freddy sighed, gently lifting Gregory's leg. "Yes, 'that thing'." He offered his other hand to help stabilize Gregory, which was hesitantly taken. "If we do not take care of it, it may become infected. Sit down, please. Do not move."

Gregory obeyed, sitting on the couch as the bot situated itself next to Gregorys feet. Freddy gave Gregory a sympathetic expression, before leaving the room. The door locked shut, and the curtains were closed, meaning Gregory was relatively secure in the room. Though.. that didn't make it any less daunting. Less than a few hours ago, he had been on the streets. What was just supposed to be shelter and a bit of easy food, had turned into what was possibly the worst night of his life.

Gregory sighed, trying to ignore those thoughts for now. For now, he was safe. He sat back further on the couch casting a glance at the massive Freddy plush on the couch with a slight laugh. He reached over and pulled the thing into his lap, toying with it's floppy limbs. He passed the time by just playing with it, moving it around and such to see the extent of the plush. Oddly enough, it was higher quality than usual. Before he knew it, Freddy had returned with a large first aid kid.

"Oh! I see you have busied yourself with my small friend!" Freddy smiled, setting the first aid kit on the table and beginning to rummage through it.

Gregory blushed in embarrassment, pushing the plush away. "No! I was just.. inspecting it." Gregory crossed his arms, looking down slightly. Freddy held his hand out, so Gregory placed his leg in it.

"Is that so? Inspecting it for what?" Freddy had a distinct tone of amusement in his voice as he began to disinfect the wound with an alcohol wipe.

The wipe stung a bit, but Gregory didn't mind it too much. "Yup! Inspecting it for... for- it's a quality inspection! I'm the plush inspector, yeah.." Even the wet floor bot, without any expressions, seemed skeptical at that.

Freddy chuckled, wrapping up Gregory's scrapes. "Alright, Superstar. Whatever you say." Freddy smiled, and against his better judgement, hugged the boy. And to his surprise, he got a hug back.
