Since demons have some animal like behaviours, they also experience heat, like twice every year. So Eyeless jack, Kagekao, Candypop and other demonic occupants of the manor (except demon children) will experience heat. And it usually lasts for a week, wether or not they have sex with someone. It just has a low effect on them if they do have sex, if not well, they become feral in a way and eventually have to force themselves to go find someone.
Slender however, when this time rolls around he has them chained in their rooms for that week and tells everyone not to go in their rooms. The only demon not chained is Candypop, because he's an incubus and has over 3000 kids already, so no point in chaining him down anyway.
