Adam and Eve

Charlie POV

"Congratulations, you are now a resident of the Hazbin Hotel," I said to a sinner. It's 10; I haven't had dinner yet. I go to the kitchen; Alastor is cooking something. "What smells so good?" I asked.

"Well, your father has been craving New Orleans food, so I am making a few recipes," he said. Dad came in; he is looking full-term. "How are you today?" I asked.

"Tired," he said.

"Twins will do that," Eve said. She joined the staff and took Dad's old room. Dad moved in with Alastor; Husk and Angel are sharing a room. Cherry got redeemed, and Sarah is still here; she can't get over her guilt. Adam is coming here soon; he's now ready.
"How is Adam with his narcissistic tendencies?" Eve asked. 
"Well, he is mostly getting over them. The spray bottle helps, and the shock collar," I said. 
"Sounds like a fun time," Eve said. 
"Eve, behave," Dad said. 
"You tell me to behave, but you had sex with an employee," she said. 
"Well, technically..." Dad said. 
"I was in Eden," Eve replied. 
"Still, now you're an employee. I still loved you over Lilith, but I loved both of you. Key word: loved," Dad said, then looked at Alastor. 
"I won't carry anyone else's children," Dad said. 
"I'm glad you think that way, because we have a date planned," Alastor said. 
"Oh, where?" Dad asked. 
"It's a surprise," Alastor said. I looked at the calendar for the doctor's appointment. We don't want a repeat of what happened before. Dad shifted into a bug so we could find him.
Lucifer POV

We eat bell texts.

Bel: How are you? 
Me: Tired. I want to sleep. 
Bel: That's normal. The sins meeting is tomorrow instead of Wednesday. 
Me: Great. 
Bel: I knew you wouldn't be happy. Anyway, it will be a fun meeting; bring Alastor. 
Me: Fine. 

"We have a sins meeting tomorrow," I said to Alastor. 
"Isn't that Wednesday?" he asked. 
"Yes, but it was moved," I said. Charlie didn't look surprised. 
"What do you have planned?" I asked. She and Eve looked at each other for a minute. They have something planned. 
"Tell me or I'll reveal your secret." 
"What, that I like to be tied up, handcuffed with women, shocked? You and I had sex when we were in heaven. I'm not ashamed," Eve said. 
"No, that you're afraid of..." A vine is wrapped around my mouth.
"Nothing is planned," Charlie said. 
"Leviathan, son," I said. 
"We're not talking," Eve said. 
"We have to go soon anyway," Alastor said. 
"Fine," I said. "We're getting ready." I put on my shoes. The twins fight. I look at Alastor. "Can you tell them to knock it off?" I said. He rubbed my bump. They stop, but the baby kicked my bladder, and I piddled a little. I want to cry, and they are around me. "It's okay; I'll clean it," he said. 
"No, I'm a mess. I have to pee every 5 minutes in order not to do that, and they like my ribs. Bladder, stomach. I'm always hungry and full at the same time," I cry into his shoulder. He holds me. 
"We're going to be late," he said. 
"Can I bring Mr. Quackers?" I said. 
"Yes, you can," he said. 
We get ready. On our way down the stairs, Adam is walking in. "Stay calm," he said. 
"I am," I said. 
He tugged on my tail; a moan came out. 
"That's a turn-on," he said. Tugging again.
"Shut up," I said. He opened a portal, and we walked into a hospital check-up room. A door closed, and Bel set up a machine. "You motherfucking asshole," I said.

"You only had one other appointment, and that was after our honeymoon. And you are pregnant with twins; we need to keep up on this," he said.

"I can do this without a doctor," I replied.

"Lay on the table, or you won't get your reward," he said, his ears doing their "I am in the mood" thing.

"Fine," I said. I held my duck and lay on the table, pulling up my sweatshirt. "Baby A is looking good, growing the way we want twins to. Baby B is a single bit smaller, but not by much; that's normal. Everything is normal; let's test your levels," she said, taking some of my blood.
