Lucifer POV

I open my eyes, the sun beaming through the curtain. Charlie is in the rocking chair, sleeping and holding the surprise baby. Three nurses are awake, Bel talking with Alastor. My breasts start to hurt, needing to feed.

"Oh good, you're up. Are you healed?" Bel said.

"How am I supposed to fucking know?" I replied.

"Still cranky? Well, we'll have food in you soon," she said. She put on gloves, checked me, and pushed on my abdomen. "Yep, all healed," she said.

Alastor sat on the bed beside me. "Charlie, when...."

"Not long. Bel went to get snacks; Charlie was pacing at the door," he said.

"So we have three infants," I said.
"Apparently," he said.
"It's a boy," I said.
"I was thinking Aster," he said.
"That is a good name," I said.
"She is a good big sister," he said.
"She is. She always wanted siblings, but we just grew apart. Slept in different rooms. Then, well, she left," I said.
"I waited 100+ years for you. I hope that isn't our future," he said, kissing my forehead. My body ached for more of his touch. I just gave birth, no? He kissed down my neck lovingly.
"Calm down. I just had three babies," I said.
"You taste so sweet," he said. Bel hands me a tray of food. "Eat up. Then we're going to try to latch," she said. I start eating right away.
"Got it," I said with a mouth full of food. Alastor's hand is going through my hair, detailing it.
"Thank you," I said, finishing the plate.
"No problem, my little hen," he said.
Someone gently got Aster from Charlie. "What time is it?" Charlie said.

"6 in the morning," I said. She sleepily nodded.
"Who are we trying first?" the lactation nurse asked.
"The girls," I said. I snapped a curtain around the bed. My scars on my arms were showing. Alastor changed their diapers. I can do this, I said to myself. One at a time, they latched. They were full, so I handed them to Alastor, and he burped them. Next was Aster. He latched, and I lay my head on Alastor.
"What's on your mind?" he asked.
"We created beautiful babies," I said. His ears twitched. I burped him and switched sides, putting that side up.
"They are lucky," Alastor said.
"Why?" I asked.
"They have us as parents," he said. He was full, so I handed him off and looked at their patterns.

Lilly is mostly goldish yellow, with a red streak of fur on her back, red ears, and a red tail. Rose has the opposite colors, while Aster is mostly red with spots of gold. I open the sides of the curtains. Bel is getting her team ready to leave, and Charlie fell back asleep. The lactation specialist puts a pill bottle with my other meds. "Take it once a day; it's on the label," she said. The rest disappear, so it's just us and Bel. "The others are in the living room, so is your father. They have your genetics; they can't die or get sick. Congratulations. I have to get back to the hospital," she said.

"Should we?" I said.

"We should put her to bed first, then show the babies to the others," he said.

"Her room is the door with the emo pictures," I said.

"Emo," he asked, picking up Charlie like she was a 5-year-old. He took her out, and I changed them into outfits with their names. "Come on, sweet peas. Let's meet the others," I said, cleaning their fur and brushing their ears. "Ready?" Alastor said at the door. I looked at all the medical equipment; Snap is now in a closet. "We should move them to our room," I said.

"What about the nursery?" he asked.

"Later, when they aren't cluster feeding, and maybe when they are a year old," I replied.

"We did some things in there," he said.

"Charlie was an infant and slept beside Lilith. We still did things until I left for New Orleans, then Charlie kept walking in on us. That's when we decided on the dungeon," I said.
"How could you? That's..." he was saying.
"We can go to the dungeon then or have date nights," I said, getting Rose and Lilly.
"I can agree to that," he said, picking up Aster. He leans down, and we share a long kiss. "We can create more," he said.
"When they are 200," I said.
