Alastor pov

Lucifer helped build the hotel. He healed all of us with injuries. Everyone is at the table for dinner, but Lucifer is about to leave. "Dad, wait," Charlie said. He stopped walking.
"What, do I have dust on my hat?" he said.
"No, I was wondering if you would stay here," Charlie said.
"I don't want to intrude," he said.
"You wouldn't be intruding, and it has been a while since we lived together. I miss having you around," Charlie said.
"Alright, but I'm having a garden in the back," he said.
"For your snakes," Charlie said.
"And me. I'll eat later. I have to get stuff anyway," he said.
"Don't you have magic?" Husk said.
"Yes, but it's more satisfying to do it by hand," Lucifer said.
"The snakes will live outside, right?" Vaggie said.
"Yes," Lucifer replied.
He teleported. We are cleaning up. Hissing is heard. Lucifer hisses back as he walks up the stairs, snakes wrapped around his arms. A few trips of this, then one of the heads is 4 feet wide. He mumbles something; it shrank and hisses.
"Stop, or I will put you with Jessy," Lucifer said. The snake slithers away and goes up to Charlie.
"Leon, you can't be your full size. You have to be little; some sinners are scared of snakes," Charlie said. Charlie walked to her father, and the snake goes to Lucifer.
"Language," Lucifer said. He got one more—a pink-patterned one. She is all lovey on him. "Can she stay with me?" Lucifer asked.
"Fine, but if she tries to eat anyone, she goes up," Vaggie said.
The small but long snake wrapped around him. He summoned a glass of wine. The snake wagged her tail. "No, you are a bad drunk," Lucifer said. The snake sighed, then hissed. They hissed at each other. "Is this normal?" Angel asked Charlie.

"Be happy the rest aren't at home; he has them roam free," Charlie said.

"How many snakes do you have?" I asked.

"52 and 30 lizards, 17 geckos, one dragon," Lucifer said.

"A dragon?" Charlie said.

"She is a gentle baby. Just don't steal her egg," Lucifer said.

"Where are they housed? I grew up in the castle and only saw the snakes," Charlie said.

"There are many hidden rooms you don't know about," Lucifer said.

"I smell a sex dungeon," Angel said.

"Is everything about sex with you?" Husk said.

"No, but Lucifer is older than Earth; missionary must have gotten boring," Angel said.

"Anthony Rigatoni. Mob family. Hitman scared of," Lucifer was talking, but Angel cut him off. "I got it; I will stop."

"Do you know all of our lives?" I asked. I have secrets and don't want anyone to know. He would tease me.
"Yep. All in your files," Lucifer said.
"Wait, you have everything on everyone? Some came here just because they did one wrong thing," Charlie asked.
"That's half my files," Lucifer said.
"Can I go through them with you?" Charlie asked.
Lucifer snapped, "Those are here because of drugs or alcohol. They tried it once and ended up here—dad and his rules—even though his sons were the most notorious drug addicts and alcoholics."
"You have done drugs," Charlie said.
"We invited them. Dropped them on Earth. The stoned dinosaurs were fun. That grounding was worth it," Lucifer said.
Charlie, Vaggie, Husk, and Angel all go to bed. Lucifer left for a moment. Sitting at the table, a plate of food is in front of him. "Just eat; it's not hard," he says to himself. He moved the food away from him and then drank wine. He only drank.

I made jambalaya real quick and put it in front of him.

"I'm not hungry," he said.

"You are. You can't just drink," I said.
