Everyone unanimously decided to take the day off, except for Dahyun, who got a call from her agent. The eldest daughter groaned as she made her way into the kitchen and hissed at how everything looked shiny and reflective. She can literally use the kitchen floor as a mirror.

She started cooking breakfast for everyone, something simple yet fulfilling unlike her father's gourmet breakfast buffet. She settled for buttered toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon.

Jihyo walked into the kitchen when she was getting the ingredients from the refrigerator. They made eye contact and nodded at each other, knowing that speaking right now was just too much effort when there's still alcohol in their system.

The eldest fiddled with the coffee maker. He didn't bother measuring the amount of coffee grounds and just slapped the lid close. The faster he could drink coffee, the better as it'll help him sober up.

Then youngest son came in, smiling innocently at his older siblings. Ironically, Chaeyoung was the only one who didn't have a hangover, considering he's been having migraines almost 24/7 for the past few weeks. He can't seem to remember anything that happened last night though.

"Wow, you guys look awful," the cub said, earning a hoarse groan from his siblings.

Tzuyu came last and quietly sat at the dining table. She laid her forehead on the cool surface of the table when Chaeyoung suddenly pulled her in an upright sitting position. She growled at him which made the small cub back off. She saved the world last night and this is how they treat her?

"Leave her alone, Chaeyoung," Jihyo said before pouring himself a cup of coffee. He took a sip of it and winced at the strong bitter taste. 'This is fine,' He thought, then gulped down the rest of the warm beverage.

"Eomma said not to slouch at the table," the cub retorted.

"Eomma's not here right now," the maknae countered, and laid her head down on her folded arms atop the table.

Chaeyoung decided to leave his younger sister alone for now to help set up the table, since everyone isn't in a good mood to talk. Dahyun smiled at his efforts and it wasn't long before everyone was sitting properly at the table with freshly cooked breakfast in front of them.

"Should I wake them up?" The eldest motioned to stand before his younger siblings immediately stopped him. Jihyo's method of a 'wake up call' wasn't a very pleasant experience, especially for people with hangovers. Their parents, after all, drank a lot last night. Such upstanding role models.

Tzuyu recalled what their father did last night, the bright and excessively polished kitchen floor being the proof of his cleaning frenzy. Everything was spotless. And of course, their mother, she was...

"She was working?" Jihyo stared at the maknae as if she grew another head from her shoulder. Their mother working? Preposterous.

"I don't lie, Oppa," Tzuyu stabbed a piece of bacon and shoved it into her mouth. Clearly, she was displeased at her brother's accusation. She's truly the hero they needed but they didn't deserve.

"Now, now," Dahyun said, trying to play as the mediator. "Eat up, guys. The food will get cold."

"Why don't we just test that theory?" Chaeyoung chimed in. "Let's all get drunk—"

They immediately shut his idea down, it wasn't worth it. The cub just whined, whatever happened last night, not only got rid of his migraines, but he also woke up rejuvenated this morning. They never let him have any fun.

"I can test that 'theory' of yours on Eomma once we're in the office." The eldest joked, but Jihyo actually looked like he was reconsidering it.

Conversation lapsed after that, the Yoo children just enjoyed their breakfast in peace. Tzuyu volunteered to wash the dishes, she had nothing else to do. The maknae have classes today but was excused due to last night's events. Her parents will vouch for her, although, they will end up lying as to why she was absent.

Chaeyoung was a happy cub right now. He never felt more refreshed in weeks, it felt like he could take on the world. He decided to visit the library later today.

"Do you need a lift?" Jihyo asked his sister.

"Eh? Are you sure?" Dahyun wasn't expecting him to offer her a ride since all of them were pretty wasted last night. "I can just call for a cab."

"Nonsense, I'll take you there," He smiled and patted her shoulder. Jihyo had been busy in the office so much these days that he didn't have time to spend with his siblings. She smiled at him and wrapped her arms around his shoulders, giving a firm squeeze.

"Thanks, Oppa!"

The whole house was unusually quiet. If Nayeon would have to make a guess, then the kids were either out or sleeping in. She smiled slyly at her husband who was slumbering beside her and snaked her hand on his exposed stomach, his shirt was riding up.

"Nayeon, no," came a tired groan from her husband which only made her grin wider.

"Nayeon, yes~" She whispered seductively, nibbling the shell of his ear. It's been a while since they had time for themselves, and Nayeon won't like to pass on such a rare opportunity.

"Babe, what are you doing?" Jeongyeon cracked one eye open to see his wife smiling down at him. 'Oh no,' he recognized that smile. The last time she smiled at him like was when... Jeongyeon had to think fast!

"Well, I figured that it was too quiet and we should make some noise," She straddled his waist, effectively imprisoning him beneath her without no means of escape. The panic in his eyes only turns her on even more. "A lot of noise~"

"But I'm tired..." He tried to shield his body, covering his face with his arms. Nayeon was practically stripping his clothes off with her eyes. She pried his arms away, loving the way his jaw clenched as she leaned down to give him a peck on his lips.

"That never stopped me before," Nayeon said, peppering kisses on her husband's neck.

There was an abrupt knock on their door and Jeongyeon promptly threw his wife off him. She landed on her derriere with a small noise of protest. She can't believe he just did that! Nayeon stood up and rubbed her backside before stomping her foot. 'I was so close, too!' Nayeon screamed internally.

Meanwhile, Jeongyeon sprang out of bed to fixed his shirt. When nothing seems to be out of the ordinary, he walked towards the door to open it and was greeted by Chaeyoung and Tzuyu.

The small cub was holding a tray of full of food, while the maknae had a pitcher of orange juice in one hand and two empty glasses in another.

"Dahyun unnie, told us to bring you breakfast she prepared earlier," Tzuyu said, as they both came into the master's bedroom. The maknae cautiously eyed their mother and sighed in relief when Nayeon was back to her usual self, pouting petulantly.

"I heard Eomma earlier, is everything alright?" Chaeyoung asked, he placed the tray on the bedside table. He looked at their mother then at their father, something was slightly off about them.

"Oh, that was nothing," Jeongyeon played it off with a laugh. His wife glared at him, pouting. However, she smiled and gave a little wave at Chaeyoung when he's eyes lingered at her.

"Well, if you say so," the cub smiled, shrugging. If they say they're okay, then he'll believe them.

"Enjoy your breakfast!" They left just as fast as they came in to deliver their 'breakfast in bed', leaving the couple to their own devices. It was just Jeongyeon, his wife, and the huge elephant in the room. He coughed, and mentioned for the food their children brought, not really making any eye contact with his wife.

"You owe me one," she grumbled, but took a small bite out of the toast. Jeongyeon just prayed silently, hoping he'll survive whatever his wife planned for him.

Yep, just another typical morning in the Yoo household.
