It was such a great morning. The sun was shining brightly, the birds were chirping, Momo's face planting on the wooden floor of his bedroom. What a good time to be well and alive indeed!

"Argh!" Momo exclaimed. It wasn't the first time it happened but he's definitely never going to get used to it. Despite being almost twice her size, Mina can sure push him out of his bed like he was nothing more than a mere dummy. "Minari, why?"

"I've been trying to wake you up for 10 minutes straight and you didn't even budge," She looked down at him, sternly. Mina was wearing their other roommate's fluffy pink apron, and holding a spatula in one hand. He could only smile sheepishly at her from his position on the floor, she looks ridiculously cute even when angry.

"And would it hurt you to put a shirt on?" Mina grabbed a shirt from a pile of clothes on the floor and threw it at him.

"But it's so hot~" Momo whined, but he wore the shirt anyway. It wasn't easy living with two attractive women as his roommates, but they make it work. Sure, they're pretty to look at, but he likes them even better when they pay half of the rent and monthly bills.

She went on ahead, he assumed to continue cooking, and left him alone. Momo considered going back to bed but Mina will definitely be pissed if he did that, he learned from past experiences. He sighed and collected the clothes on the floor, he should really be doing laundry soon, then dumped them on a hamper by his door.

He slipped out of his room to see Mina busy with the stove in their kitchenette. There was no sign of their blonde roommate. "Where's Sana-chan?"

"Already in school," She answered, not even turning back to face him. He sat on a stool at the kitchen aisle and grabbed an apple from the fruit bowl. He munched on the fruit while waiting patiently for her to finish cooking.

The younger Japanese woman is usually quiet, and she spoke in such a soft voice. He's really thankful for Sana, she's always fun to be around even if she's super clumsy.

Mina's at ease whenever the blonde was home but she becomes agitated when it's just her and Momo. He can't help but feel like she doesn't like him very much.

"No work today?" He attempted at small talk. It's how they communicate when Sana's not around.

"I have the graveyard shift starting tonight," Mina said, without missing a beat. She kept on stirring whatever was in the pot.

"What? You work in a library," that caught him off guard, and almost made him drop his half eaten apple. Is the library she works at open 24/7? Do people even go to libraries anymore?

"I know," She said, coolly. She brought the pot to the kitchen aisle, then grabbed two bowls from the cupboard. It was boxed Mac and cheese, someone's have to make a grocery run later. Her eyes flickered at him. "What about you?"

"Oh, I have a new client!" Mina's talking to him. Progress, this is progress! He grabbed a large spoon and scooped an equally large portion from the pot to his bowl, taking almost half of the amount of the gooey pasta. "Apparently, she's starring in a movie..."

"Is she famous?" Mina ate a spoonful of macaroni, wincing at the 'cheddar cheese' taste. She grabbed for the ketchup bottle on the side where they put all the condiments and squeezed a generous dollop of it in her bowl and mixed it with the mac and cheese.

Momo stared at her. He can't really get over her addiction to the red pasty condiment. Momo has an unhealthy obsession of his favorite food as well but this was a whole new level, it was basically tomato smoothie.

"I, uhh, actually don't know," he replied lamely, shrugging. "I'm not into movies or TV shows."

"Because you're already deep into bodybuilding and jokbal," she teased. Mina was actually enjoying their breakfast now that ketchup was mixed in, she continued to scoop small bite size with her spoon and eating it daintily.
