"hey bub! how's your nap?" jeongin cheered happily, seeing his little walking down the stairs with a teddy bear in clutched in his left hand, while he rubbed his eyes using his right hand. "mm.. tired, dada" felix pouted, hugging his teddy bear tightly, as if something was gonna steal it. 

jeongin chuckled, smiling brightly. "yeah, well papa min-min is cooking us breakfast, baby! we should really check it out and wait in the table, hm? let's surprise him, lixie!" jeongin giggled, making felix's eyes brighten and nod, giggling as he ran to jeongin's arms, as jeongin laughed and walked to the dining table, hiding behind it. 

after a while, they could hear footsteps, and a shout calling out to them. "innie, lix! breakfast's ready! come out, before they get cold!" they heard a soft, sweet but loud voice calling out to them. "its papa min-min! shh, baby, let's surprise papa!" jeongin grinned, as felix giggled, nodding as he made a 'shh' gesture.

"on the count of three.. one..two..."

"three!" felix jumped up, as minho jumped, holding onto his chest, breathing heavily. "God, felix!" minho breathed, as he laughed. felix giggled out loud, while jeongin got out of the table, glaring playfully at the little. "lixie, didnt dada told you to wait until he says three?" 

felix whined, giggling. "lix coudn' wait, dada! wan'a surpise papa so bad!" the little squealed, laughing. minho sighed, smiling. "well, you did." the oldest spoke, making jeongin chuckle as they sat down, and fed their little and themselves.

"everything's going perfectly fine, isn't it, boss?"
"it's way too peaceful."
"well, what should we do, boss?"
"..."
"fucking ruin it."

ding dong !

"oh, the pizza must be here! i'll get it!" felix yelled, since he's currently big. the others only nodded, and talk while felix ran to the door. he opened it, and looked around, confused since he didnt see no one. he stepped forward and accidentally kicked something. he looked down, and tilted his head in confusion. 

a box?

"well that's new." he thought. felix picked it up, and closed the door. "hey, there's a package outside, but no one's there." felix called out, walking inside the living room with the box in his hands. "oh? what's that?" minho asked, confused. "did you buy anything?" minho asked, looking at jeongin. "no? i didnt buy nothin'." the both of them turned to look at felix.

"i swear, i didnt buy anything." the freckled boy spoke, raising both of his arms up. felix then sat at the ground, and opened it, out of curiousness. all three of them turned to look. after it was unpacked, they found another box. felix grunted, and opened it. but once he opened it, it was definitely something he did not expect.

"n-no way.." the freckled boy mumble, his eyes teary. "w-who did this?" he asked, tears threatening to spill as he stared at the box.

"the heck?" jeongin raised a brow, while minho's jaw dropped. "you've gotta be kidding me." minho groaned, taking the box away from felix. felix whined out, his hands reaching to grab it. "d-dont, please.. hyung." he squeaked, sniffling. 

"shh, it's okay, bub." jeongin spoke softly to the little, as felix broke into sobs. jeongin picked the smaller up, rubbing his back soothingly, whispering sweet nothings as minho went to figure out who has felix's lost stuff and decided to break it and color around it.

weeks after weeks, they had to see the same box and the same thing happen to different toys and sippy cups. felix had been staying in his room all day, pouting and sulking. not wanting to go eat, or anything. not even hugs or kisses. or even the bedtime stories he always loved to hear.

"no, hyung!"
"shh, felix.. he's gone."
"n-no! he's my caregiver!"
"oh, im so sorry darling, but do you think i give a damn about your caregiver?! youre mine!"
"no! no, no, no!"
