⚠️ Mention of *rape, # of suicide, and an unwell dog-starved*
"Well then, you could go and fuck yourself. For you have NO shame, none shame at all!" There was a roar of agency, unable to fathom what was learned.
"I give you my heart, my mind, my soul, and the code to my father's safe... Yet, you fuck my cousin in front of my very eyes? When I'm pregnant with your child—DON'T YOU SEE THE BIG ASS BUMP—" The woman heefs in understandable terror—"In front of my wedding dress..." The guy didn't let a very carbon dioxide slip out of his mouth due to the audacity to dodge away from all the random ongoing objects thrown at him.
"Woman! Calm, you're down—" The guy dunks behind a sofa when he sees a random part of a stove getting thrown at him. Confusion hits him faster since the disaster is happening in a large living room, and the kitchen is not a few minutes away! Lucky for him, he was able to get into cover safely.
"What the fuck! Lady, you've gone crazy mad, let me imagine my sel—" He shuts up at the same moment and looks up only to be knocked out by what he couldn't see.
"In the next following things I'll do to you... " The voice mumbles out,
"So loud." Ginni threw the remote randomly, only for it to fall into my jello, and went back to sleep without another blink of an eye. Comfortable on the sofa.
"Ginni!—" I shut my mouth faster than the guy on T.V.'s ability to dodge when I saw the look she gave me.
"Ooookay—" I walked myself out of the living room as she went back to sleep under the bath of sunlight this chill weather of autumn, and the danger of the balcony door opened, had to offer.
Closing my bedroom door shut, I grab a better jacket and change out of my previous one. I'm not sure why I did that. The new one is much colder, so I slide fully under the blanket and blindly search for a book outside the cave until I find something before getting myself comfortable under the blanket for a good reading.
"Oou~, light." I sing to the blow of light that lightens my blanket cave, a book that glows when opened.
I wipe a hard tear after remembering the cost of the case. Well, at least it's a case that all my books could wear and still shine as well as when reading a book in the bright sunlight on a good afternoon.
Yes, I'm bragging about how bright it could be, how it's still readable when you're outside because we have the sun's natural light, and the smell and feel of pages are still there as well!
After kicking my feet in excitement from all these feelings and thrill running through my bones, I once again cozied up under the blanket and got immersed in the book.
It's been a while since I've read, and there's no need to go to work tomorrow, unless I am called to come in; my wonderful employee's way of telling me by kicking me out last night. How nice of them to have stayed so late... Just to kick me a warning to not return tomorrow.
Now I can read the chapter I've missed for a couple of months. The story continues on a journey of a dog, cursed by his most true love, to find the moon for her forgiveness. His most true love, the daughter of a weakling witch who survived a dangerous birth only to be gifted a born-spoiled daughter from the strong genes of her late uncle, whom she was raped by.
The village felt sorry for her and had helped her in many ways they were able to considering their very own troubles. In a land of magic and beauty, there were, of course, hierarchies; most were inferior to others, a different group was much more important and overlooked due to the power they wield.
