These Other Worlds thing that we had discussed earlier is actually starting to eat me up. I shouldn't have even said anything about it... Fuck!
The bulstling sounds of Neon City were mainly calm but still, the fear of me getting jumped still presisted as I wasn't interested in getting captured like that again. Last thing I want is getting captured again and I'm willing to bet the Order's leader isn't going to fall for the same trick twice with Evelyn. Still I need to watch my guard.
Out of nowhere my phone starts to ring. I had actually made a new phone that's compatible with SIM cards, which means other people could call me through my custom made phone.
"Hello."
"Hello. We need to talk. Meet me at Neon Speedway. I've got something you might want to know."
"Sorry, who are you?" The phone hangs up. Tracing the location of the phone shows it really did come from Neon City. With nothing to lose, I headed out towards the location. Cautious but also curious at who was on the other end of the line.
