"Yeah I love her!"

My eyes widened at my own words. Please tell me I just did not confess to my sister's bestfriend, that too in front of her.

There's no way.

"I'll just head upstairs and start changing. Or else I'll be late to school" I fiddled with the hem of my top and turned around to head upstairs but not before catching the smirks plastered on their faces.

Regina's POV:

I can't fucking believe it! She said that she loved me!

I looked over at Lyn with a shit eating grin. "You lucky bitch. After so many years she's finally yours. You better take good care of her. If you ever hurt her I'll rip your tongue out and make a beautiful necklace out of it" She mock-glared at me. She's just bluffing. I guess?

I nod at her quickly a few times before getting up and reaching over to hug her.

Lyn knew of my huge crush on her little sister even before I knew of it myself. Like all other siblings she's indeed very protective of her, but she's also happy that it's me.

She also knew of Sam. But only that Sam was also courting my pumpkin and that she was a competitor to me.

She doesn't know the part where we decided to share little Abby. I should probably tell her soon though.

Things would turn nasty if she knew of it from someone else.

Abby skipped her ride with us again. She most likely took her skateboard to school.

Poor thing must've been scared to face us after that little confession of hers this morning. A small smile started forming on my face as I recalled her words.

'Yeah I love her!'
'I love her!'
'love her!'
'love!'

But it gets wiped off within seconds when Lyn smacks me hard on the head. "Stop smiling like an idiot and start driving already. Or else we'll be fucking late to college. You don't want that old toad to croak again now do you? She won't shut her trap if we get late to her lecture."

The lecture was as boring as usual. We made it five minutes early and still the old toad glared at us as if we are her children for breakfast this morning.

Lyn slept all the way through it while I took notes for her. Yeah yeah I'm attentive in classes and one hell of a good friend to the bitch sleeping next to me.

I had to be on behalf of both of us or we would be fucked. Not quite literally but you get what I mean, yeah?

We only had classes till afternoon. I dropped Lyn at her usual hangout spot at the almost rundown gaming arcade and sped away to 'DEEPIKA'S WINE AND DINE'.

"Hey Rahul" I greeted the new part-timer at the counter. He was a good boy and did his job really well. He was also good looking with a tanned skin and a wonderful cheery personality.

"The usual right? Samosas and masala chai?" He asked with a gentle smile on his face. The Indian accent was there yet not fully there.

"Yep and add an The usual please. And add an extra hot extra spicy chicken biriyani to it. Oh and pack the samosas and the sauce please. I'm running late so I'll eat back at home."

I would never forget my baby's biriyani! I could imagine the Tasmin  hurricane that'll strike our house if I did.

I placed my order and waited in a seat near the window. The chai arrived quickly but it was too hot. I had to blow on it every now and then to take a sip from it.
