Confrontation

Click,click,click. Ella and Kuron carefully descend down the spiral stairs making sure not to drop an out cold Jason.

K: So we haven't really talked all that much huh? Or at least just us two.
E: Well you seem rather difficult to approach but Jason says you're a cool guy...What do you want to talk about exactly?

Ella asks as they make it down the final steps. Kuron leans on the gate for support.

K: Well I was going to ask about how you and Jason are but you guys probably want to keep your stuff between just you two huh? So you seem to be a sort of Valk-human hybrid. How did that happen exactly?

Kuron presses Ella as she exposed part of her chest.  A little sigil glows faintly witch opens the gate. Kuron swipes Jason from Ella's hands and rushes in. Kuron gently places Jason into the spring to Ella's horror. Ella, now perplexed by Kuron's lack of care makes a confused face.

E: You are supposed to treat this thing like a pool! You don't jump in all dirty! *sigh* whatever...he was in terrible shape so I guess it's okay.
K: oh. yeah that makes sense. Allow me to prepare for my turn. Blitz kind of messed up my back. 

Ella turns around trying not to peep but Kuron takes off his jacket and shirt with out any hesitation in preparation to take a dip.

E: To answer your question...I pledged legion to The Queen so that I can live at the castle...of course I got a sigil to match. It wasn't a bad idea at the time but I'm not sure as to why I'm considered a hybrid. I still feel human so maybe I'm just the first "mortal" to be marked by The Queen. Like I'm in training to be a Valkyrie but I'm not as-

Splash! Jason panics in the water before he realizes where he is. Fixes his hair and smiles at Ella. 

J: Oh hi Ella. Did we win? My head hurts a bit. Did The Queen say anything about our way home? Oh hey Kuron... you're getting in as well. Here, let me hop out so we don't over fill the pool. 

Jason stands out of the pool, and shakes off like a dog. Kuron pats Jason on the back as they trade spots. Ella looks relieved, but just smiles awkwardly at Jason. Jason grabs his shoulder and moves it around a bit clearly wincing in discomfort.  

E: G-good job out there Jason. You managed to make Blitz look bad plus you were actually holding your own out there. I think The Queen might be proud.
K: You know this is much shallower than I thought. Maybe I'm just too tall.

Kuron lays into the pool to relieve himself of his 7th degree rug burn.

J: Well thanks Ella. Here I thought you didn't care a bit. Ugh where is Blitz exactly-

Jason buckles to one knee out of nowhere. Ella runs to his side and helps him back up. 

E: This isn't a Pokémon center you know! You need to give it a bit to let it heal fully. God you're so reckless, just chill for a sec...please?

Ella states with genuine worry on her face, but Jason attempts to keep going. He fights to be back on his feet once again with Ella not sure if she should help. 

J: Well I want to know the aftermath of what happened. Wanna help me up there?
K: you guys go imma chill here for a minute. Not that anyone cared.

Kuron adds as he gets comfy for a nap in the magic pool.

E: Kuron! *sigh* Why do I even try? Alright Jason. I guess ill help you get back up there.

The two make their way up the spiral stairs with each step creaking under the weight of the two. Ella helps Jason up who seems to be getting slightly better after every step.
