Jason and Kuron are once again out by the training grounds. Kuron sits off to the side once again under a small tree reading a tome. Jason faces two Valkyries, his eyes bounce between the both of them like crazy. He is infatuated over the fact that they are twins. Both of them have the same hair style, that being short brown and ginger hair or ginger and brown hair respectively. Their hair is parted to their respective sides with both having delicate faces with prominent eyebrows. They share Heterochromia eyes, that being blue and a light hazel or hazel and blue depending on who you look at. Both are no taller than Jason at about 5 foot flat. They wear matching armor sets with opposing shoulder garments, the Valkyries tend to wear this more casual look when they are at the castle but the twins always wear this simple battle attire. They Both have a sword attached by the hip, with a back up around their ankles. Both examine Jason as a whole and circle him like vultures seeing what they need to work on.
Twin 1: SO? this is the human causing all of the commotion lately. You don't look like much, wouldn't you say sis?
Twin 2: I'm not so sure, sister, I think he's kind of growing on me. Ella made him sound like a cool guy. He definitely can track with his eyes though.
J: SO! you guys are twins...cool cool. Names Jason. I like your eyes by the way.
Jason states trying to be nice and hopefully stop the twins from circling him.
Em: yeah we know. I'm Ember and that's Amber. Blitz trained you in hand to hand combat so we will train you on using a blade. *tosses hip sword* there you better not break it.
Jason fumbles the sword, dropping it onto the dirt. He quickly picks it up as Ember shuns him but Amber chuckles. They back away from Jason in unison.
Am: OK let's see what you're made of Mr. pain in everyone's ass. ready?
Amber declares as the twins glow a light red pouncing onto Jason. Kuron watches eagerly munching on a pile of ice cubes that he made out of thin air. The twins beat the shit out of Jason, it's not even close. Their skills with blades is more of an art than anything else. They fight in perfect unison with Amber disarming Jason in one swipe while Ember pins him down on his ass at dagger point. Jason appears to thoroughly takes notes of their battle strategies as he stares at the tip of amber's blade.
Am: Well, you held the sword longer than we expected...hehehe!
Amber holds her hand out to her sister. Ember high fives her hand and scoffs proudly.
J: That was impressive, but how about instead of bullying me you show me how to properly fight? I love the idea of being a sword fighter..well not as much as a staff fighter or just a brawler but sword fighter seems cool!
Jason exclaims as his eyes light up with nothing but pure excitement. The twins smile at each other and help Jason up.
Em: Okay Jason, you want to hold your sword with your left hand on the guard and your right hand at the bottom. Don't think of the sword as a weapon but rather as an extension of ones self. this way allows you to increase your effective reach. This blade is flexible, allowing you to fight to the end of any battle with or without your limbs.
Am: Yeah but make sure to keep a loose enough grip on your right hands so that you can go one handed if needed. But you also want to keep a strong enough grip so that you won't be disarmed at any given time.
Amber states while attempting to slap the sword out of Jason's hands. Jason holds strong and the twins smile proudly. Jason gets into a fighting stance by pointing the blade between the two. He takes a deep breath.
J: Okay. I'm ready! Round two baby!!
Em: mmh! If you manage to disarm one of us we'll call it a victory for you this time.
Am: Oh, this is going to be fun! Alright kid, let's see just how determined you are to learn. well be at this all day so get ready!
They train from sunrise to sun down with Kuron doing nothing but studying the different scripter's of his books in various positions for the entire duration. Ping! Several hours later Jason heaves gassed, and is barely able to firmly grasp his blade. Ping! Jason parries the oncoming attack, sending the twins back. The twins are breathing heavily side by side. Jason passes his blade over to his right hand preparing for a wide sweep.
Am: Jeez you really do learn quickly but you're not disarming us any time soon though!
Amber declares lunging for a final attack with Ember patiently waiting. Foosh! Jason taps into his flames blowing amber back towards her sister. Ember catches her with one arm and slams her back down.
J: You guys are really something with those swords! This is everything I have left! ARGH!
Chink! Jason speeds over and clashes with Ember's blade with so much force that he chips both of their blades as they lock trying to over power each other.
Em: Ember! To my side!
Am: On it! Get ready!
Amber rushes in on Jason's right side forcing him to back off. Amber blows a smoke screen from her palm surrounding Jason, obscuring his vision. Jason waits as he is confident that he can react to any attack. Chink! Jason whipped around with a blinding speed disarming Ember. Thunk. Jason blocks Amber's attack and kicks her away. The smoke clears revealing that Jason did indeed disarm the twins. Jason does a little dance with his feet to celebrate his victory. He looks back at Kuron in victory. Kuron stares at Jason with bewildered eyes then he covers his mouth with a terrified look.
J: Yes! Yes, yes yes...ow. Ow, ow, OW! OOOHHHH!
Jason screams out in pain as the others eyes widen with horror. The twins rush over to Jason's aid. Both are unsure of where to place their hands on him.
Am: Oh shit! I'm so sorry I thought you were going to block it with your sword!
Kuron begins to laugh like hell in the background just enjoying the show.
Em: Okay let's get him to the hot spring and then we pull out the sword!
Ember adds panicking and retching like crazy, flailing her arms around like crazy.
J: Their is a fucking sword in my arm! I'm honestly surprised it doesn't hurt as bad as I thought...ugh...
Jason states rather calmly. Foosh. Jason returns back to normal and his eyes go white from the sudden pain rushing through his body.
J: mmmmm! Please...imma...FUCK!
Jason screams out as he is rushed to the fountain by the twins with a sword sticking out of his left forearm.
K: Ella's never going to let this one go...but who says she needs to know? ME! Imma tell her. This is way to funny to not tell her.
Kuron mutters to himself as he laughs his ass off once more thinking about Jason. Kuron gathers himself and his belongings as he makes his way back inside the castle with a huge smile on his face.
