My problems (Completed)

Chapter 66

Three days till prom is a go we also graduate in two weeks. I can't believe Dani put me in charge of poem committee. Ugh I wanted to choke her when she told me the news. I have to chose a theme, help get the decorations set up, the food ordered, and get a dress on top of all of this. Today is our last pep rally and I'm so tired. They celebrate every team and stuff.

After school Blake came home with me while I got ready for the pep rally. He helped me with that tired issue. He had a cheeky grin on his face I rolled my eyes at him. Although I couldn't blame him cause a grin crept on my face too. We rushed to the gym I gave him a quick kiss and went in the locker room to change into my uniform for the last time.

"Where were you?" Dani asks.

"Oh I went home to change." I say smiling a bit more to myself.

"Mhmm." Lyn says.

I roll my eyes and get changed.

"Let's go." I say and run out the door.

We have three minutes the girls use this as there opportunity to streach. I don't I just stretch my arms out.

"Don't you wanna stretch everything." Susan says.

"Oh I'm good thank you very much." I say.

"Ha you shouldn't be telling me thank you."

She winks and opens the door for us. The floor is covered with mats and we run out I start off the line of back flips then end in the splits. Dani ends in a leg lift and Lyn ends in bending her leg over her head. We get up and do our regular opening cheer. Then we break into dance the song 7/11 comes on.

We rip off out uniforms and walk in a circle clapping. We all have dance solos in this one. I go first and for the part that says legs moving side to side I do the hot n'^^ga dance. Then shoulders moving side to side I do the shimmy odd I know, but I didn't come up with it. Then slap it in the air I dip and swing my head down by my feet then up to my normal height while clapping. We stop after I do my last clap and stand there.

Dani says flipping her hair and doing that snotty girl thing that girls do. "Wait that was wack."

"Yeah we need to jazz that up." Susan says.

"You know it." Lyn says.

We do what we just did in rewind minus the talking and do the dance out way. We get in a line and start. The first girl in the front when we split up was Susan. Then Lyn and then Dani. Then another girl named Jazz that can dance really great, and then me. We had to move really fast and only with 16 girls on the squad. After we walked Hazel like a dog. We moved to the side and let the sophomore team take the rest of the song. That song was over we all got together and did a bow.

They clapped and we all filed out of the gym. The gang including Hazel, James, and Stephanie. Ran up to me and we had a group hug.

"So what are you gonna do for your birthday in two days?" Dani asks.

"I don't know." I say.

"How do you not know your gonna be 19." Nat says.

"Well yeah, but I'm looking forward to my 21 birthday not so much this one."

"I know what your gonna do." Blake says.

"What?"

"Go to the mall since we always do that before a event, you guys are gonna go get something done, were gonna go to the beach, then to my dads restaurant, celebrate with the actual fam, and lastly go to the club with Meg."

"That's the most I've heard you talk in a while." Dani says.

He flashes a sarcastic smile at her and she punches his arm.
