POV: Bas
"Honey, why are you looking at me like that? I have to go home now," Bas muttered, pulling on his shirt. "You know we had that meeting with the psycho from that company. He thinks he owns the world and can just buy off my brother. If he ever...!" Bas trailed off, fuming as he thought about the meeting with his father.

"But Sir," Fuaiz purred, giving him a seductive look, "can't you stay for another round? I'm still... horny."

Bas sighed, feeling his resolve waver. It was already midnight, and they'd gone at it twice in the office, then again at Fuaiz's place. He was addicted to the younger Omega, but it seemed Fuaiz never got enough. He was insatiable, a horny little devil, and Bas couldn't resist. He loved the Omega's honey scent—it made him want to devour him morning and night, like breakfast and dessert.

But something didn't feel right. His instincts were telling him to go home. After that meeting, he didn't trust his father. Something was off. His father had been evasive, dodging questions, and Bas had seen him making secretive phone calls.

I should at least talk to Bible, Bas thought. He needed to know what was going on. But 'true mate'? That idea gnawed at him. Could something like that actually exist?

One thing was certain—Jes was definitely not right in the head.

After another round with his Omega and what felt like a hundred kisses, Bas finally made it home. But as soon as he stepped into the apartment, something felt off. His gut feeling grew stronger the moment he saw Bible's phone lying on the floor.

"Bible?" Bas called out, searching the apartment. Maybe Bible had been drunk and dropped his phone, but as he checked every room, it became clear—Bible wasn't there.

"Something's wrong. I knew it," he muttered, panic rising. He called his father immediately, but there was no answer. His father wasn't picking up.

What should he do? Desperate, Bas called Bible's friends, but no one had seen him. They said Bible had been with them at the club earlier and then went home with an Omega.

No... Bas thought, panic setting in. My father wouldn't... He couldn't have... But the sinking feeling in his chest wouldn't go away.

He tried to calm himself down, pacing the room. I'll call him first thing in the morning.

But the worry gnawed at him, refusing to let go.

Unable to shake the feeling that something was terribly wrong, Bas made a quick decision. He grabbed his jacket, rushed out of the apartment, and flagged down the next taxi. Without hesitation, he told the driver his father's address.

As the taxi sped through the quiet streets, his mind raced. I have to know.

POV: Jes
Jes could feel the Alpha's eyes on him, lingering with intensity. He had been awake longer than Bible, but he took his time, curious to see what the Alpha would do next.

Bible's gaze stayed locked on Jes, unable to look away, but Jes was in no rush, savoring the subtle power he held over him.

"Liking what you see?" Jes mumbled, eyes still closed.

"Don't think too highly of yourself," Bible shot back, looking away just as Jes opened his eyes to glance at the pouting Alpha.

God, Jes thought, it's even better than I imagined. The flushed red face of a pouting Alpha in his arms was so addictively perfect, it made Jes want more.
