You wait outside near the gym, since Lev said not to come into the club room. You decided it would be best if you didn't mention the fact that you were already in the club room while Yaku was changing before practice. Even though Lev is younger, he can be quite overprotective.
In the club room, Yaku was blushing as he thought about every encounter he had with you. He smiled to himself, thinking he acted cool (mainly when he received the ball that almost hit you). He closed his eyes, imagining the smiles you had on your face whenever he saw you. "Man, I'm such a lucky guy."
Yamamoto looks at the older boy. "How are you lucky, Yaku-san?"
The libero tenses up, not daring to look at his teammates. "I just had a really good day is all."
Kuroo rolled his eyes. "Yeah, being a lover boy to Lev's sister."
"Shut up!"
Lev looked at the two boys in confusion. "What do you mean by that, Kuroo-san?"
Kuroo grins. "I'm saying, our libero here has been flirting with your sister."
The tall first year frowned. "You didn't really flirt with Y/n, did you, Yaku-san?"
"Of course not!" The libero turned around, face bright red. "I've just been nice and trying to get along with her since she might be our manager soon!"
Lev buys this. "Oh, well, I have good news about that. She quickly signed the application form and handed it back to coach Nekomata. She told me she was joining when we finished practice."
Kenma sighed. "Does that really matter?"
Yamamoto gasped. "Kenma! This is a huge deal! The prettiest girl I've ever seen is now our manager! We hit the jackpot!"
Your brother frowns slightly. "Just don't flirt with her. That's the only condition I have for letting her be our manager."
Kai turns to look at the boy. "Any reason why you don't want us flirting with her, Lev?"
The silver haired boy looks at the floor. "Well, she's my sister. She's always put me and Alisa first, so it would be weird for her to fall in love with someone. I know it's a bit selfish of me, but I won't like anyone hitting on her. If she told me she'd be really happy with a specific person, then maybe I would be ok with it." He turns back aorund, continuing to get changed and grab his things.
Yaku quickly and quietly grabs his bags and slips out of the club room, heading right to where you are. "Haiba! Got a moment to talk?"
You smile at him. "Hey, you can just call me Y/n, since there are multiple Haibas."
"R-right. Uh, got some free time?"
You nod. "Yeah. What's up?"
The libero stands right next to you, leaning against the building you were next to. "Well, I wish Lev had been better since you were there to watch. We've all been working with him, and he does improve." He hangs his head slightly. "It's just not good enough at the moment."
You hum, leaning up against the building with him. "Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from him. He hasn't been playing anywhere near as long as the rest of you. I get things like this take a lot of time and practice. It he's determined enough, he'll get better quickly."
Yaku chuckles. "Yeah, I guess you're right."
"What kind of food do you like?"
"What?" He looks at you, surprised by your sudden question.
You smile, chuckling softly. "I'm making a lunch for you for tomorrow. I'd like to know what you would like to eat."
The libero blushes, looking at the ground. "Uh, well, anything is fine. I like meat, so as long as there's some in it, I'll like whatever you make."
You hum. "I can do that much. Any kind of meat you prefer?"
"Anything is fine."
"I see." You look up at the night sky. "So, which one of you is the one that usually hits Lev?"
Yaku tenses. "W-why do you ask?"
"He's mentioned that he's been hit a few times. I'm just curious to know who would hit him."
"Ah, well, no one really hits him." He lied, not wanting you to get a bad impression of him.
You close your eyes. "I'll trust you." You open your eyes slightly, looking at him from the corner of your eye. "So, Yaku-san, how long have you been playing volleyball?"
Yaku chuckles. "My whole life, really. Why?"
"Just wondering how long it took you to get so good at receives."
"Do you want me to teach you?"
You fully turn your head to look at the boy. "As much as I'd think that could be fun, I can't."
He frowns, looking into your eyes. "Why not?"
You give a weak smile. "I'm a model. I can't do anything that might cause bruises or other marks appear on my body. I need clear skin to keep my job."
The libero looks down, disappointed. "I see. That kinda sucks, but I understand."
You nod. "Yeah."
"Hey, do you wanna -"
"Big sis! I'm ready to go home! You're cooking dinner, right?!" Lev starts running towards you the moment he's out of the club room, the other members of the team slowly trailing behind him.
You look at the boy standing next to you. "You were saying?"
Yaku shakes his head. "It's nothing. Forget it." He turns away, pushing off of the wall. "See you tomorrow, Y/n."
"See you."
Lev hugs you from the side. "Ready to go home?"
You nod. "Let's go. I have a plan for dinner."
"Yay!"

"That was so good!"
"Thanks." You load the dishes into the dishwasher, starting the machine up once everything was inside. "Go do your homework and get ready for bed, Levochka."
Lev whines. "I don't wanna do my homework though! It's so hard."
"At least try to do the problems. It's ok if you get them wrong, just make the effort to learn and do it yourself." You walk up the stairs, closing the door to your room the moment you're inside. You sigh, laying on your bed and staring at the ceiling. "What was Yaku-san trying to tell me?"
