I don't usually do author notes at the end of chapters but after the number of comments about Darcy's mum and Dorran's dad getting married, can I just reiterate -
it is NOT a step-sibling romance.
Yes, Dorran may or may not be a love interest; however, if you read on you will know that there is NO chance of the parents getting married. Dorran knows this already and Darcy doesn't think of her mother as a mother which is why she doesn't care. Everything will be explained in later chapters of the book.
