The sunlight streamed through the windows of Hogwarts, casting a soft glow on the War Room as Harry sat down to draft his next ambitious project. The werewolf settlement was underway, but now his thoughts were turning to something bigger, something that could bring structure and stability to the magical world. The Ministry of Magic had been housed in the same, concealed underground location for centuries, but with the ever-growing threats from the Muggle world, Harry believed it was time for a change.

He envisioned an entire Government Village—a place where all magical governance could be centralized, far away from Muggle interference, and integrated with the new magical communities he was building. It would be a hub of power and decision-making, where the Ministry and all its departments could function efficiently, while being well-protected. This village would house not only the Minister's office, but also key government facilities like the Auror headquarters, the Department of Mysteries, and courts for the Wizengamot.

Harry leaned over his parchment, jotting down a few ideas:

Government Village Plans:

Central Government Building:

The heart of the village, this would be where the Minister of Magic and his closest advisors worked. It would house the Minister's office, important meeting rooms, and spaces for key governmental affairs.

Auror and Hit Wizard Headquarters:

A large building dedicated to magical law enforcement. It would include not only the offices for Aurors and Hit Wizards but also a training academy and specialized combat zones for dueling practice and defense training.

Department of Mysteries:

A standalone building, shrouded in secrecy as always, but large enough to house the many experiments and research projects that the department undertakes. Its secure design would ensure that no unwanted eyes could learn the secrets held within.

Law and Order Building:

This building would serve as the home for the Wizengamot and other judicial branches. It would feature courtrooms and administrative offices, ensuring that the magical legal system operated smoothly and efficiently.

Other Buildings:

Additional departments, such as the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, International Magical Cooperation, and Magical Transportation, would each have their own dedicated spaces. The village would be designed to accommodate not only government business but also spaces for public access, such as a records hall or library where wizards could access legal documents and research magical laws.

Satisfied with his notes, Harry quickly penned a letter to Kingsley Shacklebolt, the Minister of Magic, outlining his vision. He emphasized that this village would offer a new level of security and efficiency for the Ministry, far from Muggle eyes, and would be an important step in creating a more structured and united magical world.

Within an hour, Harry received a reply from Shacklebolt. The letter was short but direct, inviting Harry to meet with all the Ministry heads immediately. "Now's the time to get this rolling," Harry thought as he headed for the Ministry.

The Ministry Meeting

Harry arrived at the Ministry's current headquarters and was led to a vast, grand meeting room. The long table at its center was filled with the most powerful figures in the magical government. At the head sat Kingsley Shacklebolt, who gave Harry a respectful nod as he entered. Around him were the heads of every major department, including the Head of the Department of Mysteries. This was the moment Harry had been preparing for.
