—What it takes, is what it makes.

We live in a world of war,
Peace, love and humanity seems so far,
Always surrounded by doors of hell ajar,
Consume what is given to us,
Never voice out if we feel disgust,
The sin, the dread, the greed displays,
In our souls, and on our face,
Hatred, is one strong poison,
It's a drug, can never be forgotten,
Never forgotten, never forgiven,
Consuming it like a sin we're living',
Once it spreads, you can't take it out,
Either you live, or you rot,
We've been fed this poison,
From a very long ago,
It has now caged us,
We can't let go.
We try, and try and only try,
Maybe one day, maybe in another life,
We won't be so used, so controlled that we're left dry,
One day we will break through the chains;
And we will fly.
For all I know is,
Though hatred reigns, we still stand,
For I am aware,
It takes a sweet taste of hatred,
For a man,
To kill another man.
