Apollo led the group to a secluded chamber, ensuring their privacy.

"This matter must remain secret," Apollo emphasized, his eyes scanning the room.

He turned to Hades.

"I'm afraid you must leave, Hades. This concerns only those directly involved."

Khronos intervened, his hand on Apollo's shoulder.

"Perhaps Hades should know the truth, Apollo. I promised silence, but he has a stake in this."

Apollo hesitated.

"Very well, he may stay. Though I'm not thrilled with the idea."

The group turned to Zeus, Nemesis, Themis, and Hades.

Apollo revealed the shocking truth.

"I gave Khronos a duplicate Pandora box, infused with similar power. Khronos knew, as it was our plan."

Phoebe's prophecy echoed in Khronos's mind.

"Khronos will be reborn a Titan once again, but only time will tell his fate."

Apollo's gaze locked onto Hades.

"When asked if I gave the Pandora box to Khronos, we'll say yes, knowing it's a fake. Only we in this room know the truth."

Apollo sought confirmation.

"Do we agree?"

Hades's expression remained inscrutable.

"I concur. Secrecy is paramount. Hermes mustn't learn of this."

Zeus nodded.

"Agreed. The duplicate box ensures Keres and Hermes's plans are foiled."

Nemesis's eyes narrowed.

"Khronos's prophecy is intriguing. His fate hangs in the balance."

Themis's voice was resolute.

"We must protect the truth. Fate's course depends on it."

The room fell silent, the weight of their secret pact settling among them.

The courtroom resettled, Apollo rejoined Phoebe, exchanging a knowing glance.

Khronos returned to the stand, his expression resolute.

Themis continued the inquiry.

"We apologize for the brief pause. Let's proceed. Khronos, what transpired after receiving the Pandora box from Apollo?"

Khronos's voice held a mix of emotions.

"I brought the box to the Underworld, where Hades and Medusa awaited. I handed it to Hades, and he passed it to Medusa, cautioning her to be wary of Keres."

Khronos's anger and sadness simmered.

"Medusa vowed to uncover Keres and Hermes's plans, reporting back to us. But fate intervened... Perseus, aided by Athena, took her life."

The courtroom fell silent, the weight of Khronos's words hanging heavy.

Themis nodded.

"Thank you, Khronos. You may rejoin the witnesses."

Khronos stepped down, his eyes locking onto Hermes.

The judges summoned Hermes to the stand.

"Present your testimony and defense," Zeus instructed.

Artemis stood beside Hermes, confident.

"Hermes will demonstrate his innocence," she declared.

Hermes began, his voice smooth.
