In the distant reaches of the galaxy, the planet Starborn, home to the feared Starborns, pulsed with dark energy. Towering spires of obsidian jutted into the sky like the claws of a beast, casting long shadows over the surface. The air was thick with the acrid scent of burning metal and the distant echoes of machinery. Within the heart of this chaotic realm, Queen Solora sat on her grand throne, a throne forged from the very essence of dark matter, its surface shimmering ominously in the dim light. Her long, dark hair framed her fierce visage, and her eyes glowed like twin suns, radiating an intensity that could burn through steel.

"How... how could they say no?" Solora hissed, her voice laced with incredulity and fury. Beside her, her brother Claro stood tall, his regal presence contrasting with the chaos around them. His icy blue eyes narrowed, reflecting his disdain.

"They're just a solo planet, sister. A negligible grain of sand in the universe," he replied, his tone dripping with contempt. "And yet they dared to reject our offer. They will pay for this humiliation!"

The members of the delegation, their faces pale and trembling, were dragged away by the guards, their desperate pleas fading into the background noise of the chamber. "Please, your Majesty! We tried every way possible to convince them" one of them cried, but Solora remained unmoved, her expression stony as she watched them vanish down the darkened hall.

"We must send another delegation," one of her advisors suggested, his voice trembling slightly.

"No!" Claro interjected vehemently, stepping forward. "We go to war! We cannot let their insolence go unanswered. A swift strike will show them the bitter taste of defiance."

"But brother," Solora replied, her voice a blend of concern and frustration. "Attacking Blackium could lead to a war with the Voltaris Empire and we are already preparing to confront the Stellar Federation. We need the Obsidian Engine's power for that conquest, and starting another conflict now would be madness!"

Claro's jaw tightened, his hands clenched into fists. "I will not stand for this! They will regret this. Just give me the order, and I will show them what it means to reject the Starborn!"

The tension in the room hung heavy, an electric charge crackling in the air as Solora wrestled with her emotions. She could feel the weight of her decisions bearing down on her. "We need to be strategic. There are greater battles ahead. If we start a war now, we risk everything."

Claro's eyes flared with anger. "Everything? You fear for our people, yet you cower before this planet? We have the means to crush them before they can call for help!"

Turning away from her brother, Solora summoned her advisors. "We need to find ways to convince Blackium to join us. We cannot afford a full-scale war at this moment. Find a way to persuade them."

Claro, seeing his sister's refusal to heed his words, stormed from the chamber, the echo of his boots ringing ominously on the floor.

Meanwhile, on the planet Blackium, a very different atmosphere filled the council hall. The rich scent of dark matter wafted through the air, mingling with the tension as the military leaders gathered to discuss their looming threat. Orion stood tall at the head of the table, his black hair tousled, and his sharp gaze assessing each of his comrades. Beside him, Tron, the head of the land forces, leaned forward, his muscular frame coiled with anticipation.

"We need a plan," Orion said, his voice steady yet heavy with concern. "The Starborn army is formidable. If they reach the Obsidian Engine, it will spell disaster for not just us, but the entire galaxy."

Tron nodded, his jaw set. "We must request assistance from the Voltaris Empire. They have the resources and manpower we need."

Zeny's gaze was sharp as she shook her head. "Not yet. We don't even know if they'll strike, and any move we make too soon might paint us as the aggressors. Plus, bringing in Voltaris could make the entire galaxy spiral into conflict. If the war spreads, Blackium would be in a worse position when it comes to any post-war negotiations."
