Prolog

Laceys POV

I hid in the corner of the small room, waiting. This was my life. When i was 15, i was kiddnapped by a man. Ever since then, I've been rotting away in his attic, waiting for my family. I am 18 i think. The door slightly opened and he walked in. He came and crouched in front of me, stroking my face. Then he started. His hands grazed my back. Making blood cover me. And no matter how hard i screamed, noone came. But i was done screaming. Today was the day. I kneed him in the stomach as hard as I could, pushing him off of me. Before i knew it my feet were carrying me out of the front door. I ran as far as i could hoping my feet could carry me faster. Then I saw it. Three blocks away, and a risk, but it was there. I swear on my life i saw my uncle, and god father, walk into the house. "PAUL!" I screamed as loud as i could "Uncle Paul! It's me L-lacey!" His head snapped up, his expression paned at my name. "Lacey......wait," He said, suddenly taking me in. "Lacey! Lacey it's you! Oh my sweet neice!" He yelled, pulling me into a hug, I was closer to him then anyone. "I ran, he's coming, but i ran." I sobbed, his head snapped up instantly. He pushed me into the large house. "Boys! I found her!" He yelled, locking the door. Five boys, around my age ran into the room, none of who i know. "Stay here Lacey." Paul said, exiting the room. I did as i was told, the boys staring. "Are you ok?" A boy asked, putting his hand on my shoulder. He was in a striped shirt, red pans and red toms. "I.." Was all i said before  falling. I felt a strong pair of arms catch me and lower me down. The last thing i heard was yelling before i blacked out.
