XVI

The next morning, Phayu was the first to wake up. He tried to sit but found something holding him; Phayu quickly turned around and froze when he found Rain clinging to him. Phayu blinks as he looks at the omega, who is sleeping peacefully while wrapped around him.

Phayu quietly removed Rain's arm that was wrapped around his waist and then buttoned up the omega's shirt. After covering Rain with a blanket, Phayu got out of the tent. He looked around to analyse their situation when he heard Rain cry in pain.

Phayu quickly returned inside the tent and found Rain touching his feet while wincing in pain. Phayu gently touched Rain's feet and found it swollen, "How did you get hurt?"

"During fall..." Rain answered while closing his eyes tightly.

Phayu sighs as he gently palpated it, "Doesn't seems broken, might be strained..."

Phayu took out the medical kit and tied bandage around Rain's foot. He handed Rain painkiller and water and watches the younger omega have it.

Finally both looks at each other and realised their situation, Phayu offered to carry Rain out of tent and help to sit while leaning over the tree. While Phayu packs up everything, Rain touches the bite mark cover his neck

"If P'Wat finds out that you marked me, we both are going to be in trouble..." Rain said and saw Phayu froze in fear. The alpha turned around to look at Rain and spoke, "I had no other option. Without inhibitor, you would have suffer from dehydration and fever...."

"I know, I told you to bite me! What I meant is, that we can't let P'Wat or anyone else find about it" Rain pointed out.

"Deal" Phayu quickly agreed in fear.

Rain sighs and took a sniff of himself and frowns, "I need to bath..."

"Do it in the aircraft.."

"Phayu! I smell like you! What excuse are you gonna give everyone for that?!" Rain pointed out in annoyance. Phayu paused and then sighs, "I will take you to river..."

Phayu stood facing the forest while Rain took a bath. The alpha could hear Rain playing with water and tried not into peek due to curiosity.

"It will take at least 2 week for wound to heal depending upon how deep you puncture the skin.." Rain sighs as he continues, "I got to cover it up till then..."

"How you gonna conceal my pheromones over you?" Phayu asked in curiosity

"You don't have to worry about it! I got special patch which cover up the pheromone completely!" Rain answered excitedly

"Huh? You can do that? I thought even best one leads to leak of pheromones a bit..." Phayu said thoughtfully

"Not mine, I developed it with help of P'Tine.. you can turn around, I'm dressed.." Rain told Phayu who turned around. He stares at Rain who was standing on his feet and his foot wasn't swollen anymore.

"How?" Phayu looks at Rain in surprise. Rain grins in response and showed the pills to Phayu, "Special pills developed by P'Tine! Phee didn't sell it to military yet.."

Phayu moved closer to Rain and could smell the unique combination of his pheromones with Rain. He stares at Rain who took out skin colour patch from his bag and slowly applied over his gland.

Phayu frowns in confusion when he couldn't smell anything over Rain and then looks at Rain's gland, "This is patch I was talking about! You can't smell anything nor the mark would be visible.."

Phayu nodded in understanding but he didn't like it, his inner alpha was screaming at him that the omega didn't smell like them. Phayu took deep breath to calm himself before looking back at Rain, "Let's go back to base..."
