XVII

It was 6 pm when PraPai called Sky, they were still discussing their plan so Sky excused himself to pick up the call.

“Are you done, should I come to pick you?” PraPai asked, Sky could hear him using him keyboard 

“I’m at the police station, we're gonna have a mission working along with the police department…” Sky spoke in uncertainty 

“Then should I come there? Share the location…” PraPai told Sky who said yes and shared the location quickly before going back. Half an hour later, the meeting was done. They all gathered outside the department to see off military people 

“All done here, then we will return and meet again at 9 am here?” One of the military officers informed them everyone nodded and started leaving except Winner and Sky.

“Sky! I forgot that we came together! How are you planning to go back? Should I drop you?” Winner asked in curiosity 

“No need, Phee.. my…” Sky paused and at the same time, he saw PraPai driving over, “My fiancé is here to pick me..” 

Everyone looks towards the car and soon PraPai comes out, he waves at Sky cheerfully before walking towards him. Sky looks at PraPai before he introduces him to everyone, “This is my fiancé, PraPai..”

PraPai immediately looks towards Sky in surprise before waving at them and then Sky introduces PraPai to others, “…… Lastly this is Charlie..” 

“Charlie… wait you mean…” Sky quickly covered PraPai's mouth and nodded in panic, “My cousin… he’s my cousin..” 

PraPai looked between tense Charlie and Sky and nodded. He wasn’t sure why they were hiding Charlie’s identity but he decided to get along. Suddenly even Winner turned to look towards Charlie in shock before looking at Sky

“He is Charlie?” Winner tried to sound calm but everyone noticed something was wrong and Way was first to react, “What’s wrong with him? Why are you both having weird reactions on hearing his name?”

“Aah, nothing! Nothing at all! He was a good student, just surprised that he left the military and joined the Police department..” Winner explains while stealing glance of Charlie and Sky

“You make it sound like the police department is bad! Charlie finds it far better than the military! Right, Charlie?” Babe turned to Charlie asked and Charlie nodded in agreement 

“He would say yes to anything you ask..” Way whispered which made Babe to glare at him.

“Alright then, we should leave! Kim is on night duty tonight. He and Kenta would manage..” Way spoke enthusiastically 

“Anyone want a lift?” Winner asked politely 

“Na, Charlie would drop Babe! I will tag along with them!” Way told Winner

“Then we are leaving…” Sky waited for his seniors before leaving with PraPai.

Half way through, PraPai pulled his car near a tiny restaurant and they decided to have their dinner there. Once placing the order, PraPai stole a glance of Sky and said, “I wasn’t expecting you to introduce me as your fiancé..”

“What else should have I said? Driver?” Sky asked sassily as he took sip of his drink

“You could have said friend but I’m happy you said Fiancé…” PraPai spoke with a wide smile. Sky rolled his eyes and soon they started eating. 

After the dinner, PraPai dropped Sky home and told him that he would pick him up at 7 am. Sky nodded and quickly left the car while PraPai waited till Sky entered the house.
