Sky's face lits up as he takes a bite of steak while Charlie and Rain are enjoying their pasta. PraPai has been quiet since evening but others didn't find it odd. Once their dinner was over, they decided to return back to their suite.

"Did you get my dessert?" Sky asked PraPai who was still lost, Sky noticed PraPai distracted and grabbed his hand, "P'Phai? What's up with you?"

"Huh? What did you ask?" PraPai looks at Sky in daze

"Nothing..." Sky whispered in annoyance before moving to Rain's side and grabbing his hand, "Want ice cream?"

Sky didn't even wait for Rain's response and dragged him to the ice cream shop. PraPai looks at Charlie for help who grins and answers, "Sky is upset, I think you were supposed to get him dessert.."

"Ah, yes. I promise him..." PraPai replies as he looks towards the ice cream shop.

"Sky is very chill but when it comes to food, he gets upset easily. If you want to cheer up Sky, just buy him lots of food! Noodles and rice are his favourite and Steak too if it's of high quality.." Charlie advised PraPai who was still in daze

"Thanks?" PraPai responded, he didn't know why Charlie was telling him all this but he was too distracted to question him.

PraPai's brain was still preoccupied by what happened earlier that afternoon. PraPai lied about not being registered in the system. On his 20th birthday, both Phayu and him put their name under pressure from their family.

So far, PraPai matches many omegas but none reached above 92% and applied only for omegas as he never thought of having beta as his mate. His family wasn't like other traditional families who strictly follow system matchmaking but a high matching rate was preferred by everyone.

He sighs before looking at the beta who returned by ice cream cone, he watches Sky fight off Charlie to fend his ice cream as the enigma tries to taste it.

"Fuck off! Buy your own!" Sky shouted in anger as Charlie teases him.

"That match wasn't accurate, it's okay..." PraPai told himself and looked towards Rain instead with a forced smile.

Once they were near the hotel, PraPai pulled Sky's hand to get his attention. Sky looks at PraPai in question before moving away from Rain and Charlie

"Can we go somewhere else? I want to spend more time with Rain, please?" PraPai requested Sky who glared at him.

"You betrayed me and expect me to still help you?! Nerve of yours... okay!" Sky had a pleased look on his face as PraPai offered him another black card.

"....You're greedy..." PraPai commented as he stared at happy Sky.

"My uncle taught me, everything is temporary except money!" Sky said as he put the card in pocket

"Money can't buy you happiness and love.." PraPai commented as he looks at Sky in amusement

"Money is happiness! Those who don't have it only know its value! And for love? I can pay to keep a lover..." Sky responded as he walks towards Rain and Charlie

"What do you mean by the last sentence?" PraPai was startled by Sky's last comment

"For me love means good fuck, I can get it by paying..." Sky responded before calling Rain and Charlie.

"Let's go to a club! I want to drink!" Sky announces, Rain cheers up in excitement while Charlie scowls
