The creatures within TNN

Chapter 2

Autumn just sat at her desk knowing if she didn't go her human boyfriend would be in trouble but she really didn't want to see her father so she wouldn't go. Marjorie just sat at her desk not really caring that she got called out for being a wolf. "I already know you are a vampire and plus, I could tell you already knew so not much to say or explain myself to you but who was that woman, Autumn?" Marjorie asked her friend. Autumn sighed heavily, resting her chin on her arms. "That was Janice, an old vampire," Autumn said. "She turned our father who then turned me, Reece, and Mia," Autumn said looking at Marjorie. "And if we don't go to dinner with my father, she knows where all our lovers live and can easily harm them with how powerful she is. There are only a few creatures that can kill her but nobody knows where those creatures went," Autumn said. "And what creatures were those?" Marjorie asked Autumn."I would have no idea, the creatures that can hurt vampires aren't really here anymore and nobody knows if they still exist but if they do we vampires are in danger," Autumn told her friend despite being enemies because of their species. "So nobody knows what those creatures were or if they're still here?" Marjorie asked. "No but if they do, any species is in danger because of how powerful they are. Only information about them is to make friends with them or you are in real danger," Autumn said before typing on her computer screen. Marjorie went back to filling the paperwork out that she had to do for the parents.

Autumn looked out the window and saw Janice standing there still so she got up and left the office without a word to Marjorie walking to where Janice was standing in the carpark. "I already said I wasn't going so why are you still here?" Autumn asked angrily. "Oh, just to say if you don't go we can easily hurt that human boyfriend of yours so better come with him and tell Reece to bring his girlfriend since we have yet to meet her." Janice said with a slight smirk. "Fine, I'll tell Reece only so you won't hurt Winter," Autumn said, taking her phone out and texting Reece.

LATER THAT DAY

Autumn took Winter reluctantly to meet her father since she didn't want to see Winter be hurt as she wasn't strong enough to save him by herself. Reece had also taken Marjorie with him so the four of them got in the car. "Oh, father wants us to come with Mia too," Reece said. "Course he does," Autumn says. They went ahead and picked Mia and Charlotte up too since Charlotte also got forced in this arrangement. "So, we are finally meeting your parents?" Charlotte asked Reece. "No, only our father," Reece replied. "So just your father then?" Winter asked. "Yeah," Autumn replied, holding Winter.

After the ride they arrived at a dark mansion where many different creature aspects were there. "Don't worry what you see sweetheart, it's only on display," Mia said not wanting to tell Charlotte what they were. The three couples walked in the house instantly greeted by Roger's human girlfriend.

Siobhan led the three couples to where Roger and Janice were sitting and allowed them to pick a seat while she sat near Roger. Marjorie sat near Reece while Autumn made sure to sit next to Winter so he wouldn't be hurt by the vampires. Mia had also grabbed a seat next to Charlotte to make sure her human girlfriend wouldn't get hurt. "Nice of you to finally join us children. Glad you brought your dates though not impressed with any of them," Roger said angrily at their choices. Two humans and a wolf. A fucking wolf, their enemy species. "I don't care what you think of our choices Roger," Mia said.

The food started to arrive and Mia, Reece, and Autumn could tell their wine was actually human blood but it wouldn't be noticed by their dates since humans and wolves couldn't spell blood, or what they thought. Sure, wolves couldn't smell the blood despite their senses but it was harder for Winter and Charlotte not to gag at the smell since they were in fact not human but since every other species thought they were, they had to play along. Charlotte and Winter both knew they could easily fool the older vampires since they already fooled every vampire they worked with which wasn't much. There weren't many employees and there was in fact only four species working there but they wouldn't tell or mention.
