Sir Pentious slithered around the bridge of his warship. Business was starting to dry up after Loopty Goopty and Lyle Lipton started setting up their businesses in Hell. Pentious wanted to punish those who brought Loopty and Lyle down to hell. After pulling some strings and hiring contacts, Pentious eventually found out it was a hitman service in Hell that brought Lyle down to hell, after Loopty put a hit on Lyle to ensure his soul was sent down to hell so Loopty and Lyle could continue their work in the afterlife.
Sir Pentious finally figured out who was responsible for his financial struggles, but all he needed now was a plan for revenge. It wasn't long until he finally formulated a master plan for his revenge. He had heard rumors of a human sneaking around hell, and there were even remarks from the Imp bounty hunter Striker to back up the rumors. Sir Pentious was going to kill two birds with one stone. Lastly, all that was left was to get some help. Sir Pentious always wanted to prove himself as an equal to the three Vees, so he requested the assistance of the TV-Head overlord Vox, to lend over some of his demons. Vox agreed after Sir Pentious informed Vox about his plan. But Vox made it clear that if Sir Pentious' plan for revenge failed, he would always be looked down upon by the Vees, no matter how much Sir Pentious would move up in the ranks of Hell.
Several days later, a routine New Republic patrol was taking place near the planet Batuu. Leading the patrol was a Mandalorian Agent, Rhuk Stig. Rhuk was originally hired by the Resistance as a mercenary, but after several missions with the Resistance, Rhuk Stig decided to join the fight against the First Order and their allies full time. Rhuk Stig would eventually enlist in the New Republic and would become an agent for DHORKS. An organization on planet Earth that specialized in countering demonic activity on Earth. Because Earth was mostly affiliated with the New Republic, the New Republic offered their help and services to DHORKS. In exchange, DHORKS would be called to assist the New Republic if there was any demonic activity on any New Republic affiliated planets.

As the patrol continued, Rhuk Stig would eventually receive a transmission. A hologram of Clone Commander Deviss would then appear in Rhuk's cockpit. Commander Deviss was the New Republic Officer in charge of overseeing and assisting all DHORKS operations.
Deviss: Greetings Rhuk, how has Batuu been treating you?
Rhuk: I've been doing fine commander. Although I would prefer the new X-wings instead of the older models.
Deviss: They still have their uses. Anyways, I'm calling you because I have a mission for you.
Rhuk: In the middle of my patrol?
Deviss: I've already notified your superior about this mission I have for you.
Rhuk: Alright, let's hear it.
Deviss: We were recently tipped off that there has been some demonic activity on the planet Jakku, and several scavengers have gone missing. Presumably, they've been killed by the demons.
