Lucy and Angela skip into the station laughing. They don't have to go to roll call anymore since they are detectives. Instead they run up to the captains office. It's her birthday. She isn't there yet so they go into her office and decorate.

A-"let's hope she loves this."
L-"I bet she will. Now we just get Tim, Jackson, Nyla,Celina,Aaron,Nolan, and grey."
A-"Yes." They all run up to her office and hide. She finally walks in, and they pop confetti and then shout "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!"
Z-"Aww thanks guys." Lucy runs up to give her flowers. Zoe smiles and gives her a hug. When everyone is leaving, Lucy gives Tim a quick kiss.
L-"Be safe please!"
T-"yes maam!" He jokingly laughs. Then he goes out to patrol.
Z-"You two are perfect for eachother!" Lucy smiles and then goes downstairs with Angela. They work on many cases before going out. Lucy texts Tim. 'Be home late, going out with the girls, I made dinner this morning all you have to do is heat it up. Love you!' He responds quickly 'okay love you thanks babe.' Lucy smiles and goes to the bar. After having a good night, Angela drops Lucy off at Tim's to grab something, and to pick him up. Lucy runs inside, unlocking the door. She walks to Tim's bedroom. That's when she opens the door. Horror struck her as she saw Celina and Tim hooking up.
L-"Tim?" She said as she started crying. "We are done. Okay? I'm gonna go, you to be happy.." Lucy runs crying and grabs the stuff that was in Tim's house of hers. Tim comes out, Celina watching in the doorway.
T-"Luce, I'm so sorry."
L-"No Tim. You don't get to cheat and then act like everything is fine. I don't care, we are done."
Lucy runs out the door crying. When she gets in the car, Angela asks what was wrong and Lucy tells her.
A-"You deserve much better than whatever the hell that thing is. I'm so sorry honey." They are still sitting in Tim's driveway.
L-"Can we just drive?" Angela not saying a word, drives to their house. Jackson is there, making food.
J-"Got food cooking for us all an- woah Lucy are you okay?"
L-"No. Tim cheated on me. With Celina." Jackson's jaw drops. He approaches Lucy to give her a warm hug. Just what she needed. She wanted to feel the warmth. The comfort. They all eat, telling stories making eachother laugh. Lucy's phone was buzzing so much. After dinner she finally got up to check it. A text from 'Babyy 💖' she immediately changed it to 'ofc Bradford'

Lucy was staring at all of the texts she had just been sent. Tossing her phone into her bed, putting in pajamas, and just lying there, crying, and crying, and crying. Lucy got up to the bathroom. She couldn't help but make herself throw up. After all, maybe time was right. Maybe she was getting a little big. Angela heard and walked towards her bathroom. Then before knocking, she picked up Lucy's phone. She read the messages. All of them. Before she knew it, she heard Lucy wimping in pain. Then she immediately knew what was going on.
A-"LUCY OPEN THIS DAMN DOOR BEFORE I BREAK IT DOWN."
L-"One second."
A-"NO LUCY NOW NOT IN A MINUTE WHEN YOU CLEAN UP, NOW." Lucy unlocks the door. Angela stares in terror. Her best friend. The bubbly one was hurting herself..
