I hesitated. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't go out and get her. Josh and Colleen wouldn't let me. I know they wouldn't. But it won't hurt to ask.
"Okay, so, Juliana is missing, and I was wondering if I could go searching for her with Chad." I said. And I wasn't expecting to hear Josh say, "Yes."
"But come back home when it starts getting dark." Colleen said. I agreed to this, and met Chad in front of a nearby store.
I arrived, he handed me his dog, Tigerlily, and we pretty much took off right away.
We looked in so many places, yet we couldn't find her. We stopped at a market, and just sat down to talk.
"You can't just give up." I said.
"I think we kind of have to at this point." He said. "I don't want to, but I think we have to."
"C'mon, there has to be at least one other place she could be." I said, hoping he would think of somewhere. If you were to look at Chad, you would be able to tell right away he was thinking. He had that look you typically get when you think.
"Well, there is one place..." he said.
"Let's go, why are just standing here?" I replied.
He began leading me to this place, and we got to a place surrounded by trees and bushes.
"I don't see anything." I said. He led me to a small opening in the trees. There, sitting on a rock, was Juliana. Chad ran to her, and she looked up. They hugged.
"Why did you run away?" He said.
"I couldn't take it anymore." She said.
"Couldn't take what?" He replied.
"The people I know they suck. They all are rude, and treat me like dirt. But I knew you would end up finding me here, and I knew you would bring Mike along. That's why I came here. Because I only wanted to be with my best friends, in a place that nobody knows about." She said.
She called me over, and we all had a good five minute hug. It was sweet, and I loved every second of it.
The sun was setting, and I had to get home.
"You guys, I gotta go." I said.
"Take my bike." Juliana said. She gave me her bike, and I took off. I got home just in time.
"Welcome back!" Josh said as I entered.
"Did you guys find her?" Colleen said.
"Yup, and she's doing fine." I replied.
I was glad she was okay, and that I was able to be there when she was found.
"While you were gone," Josh began. "We got you a little something." He pulled out a small wrapped up box, and handed it to me.
I ripped it open, and I saw a phone box.
"A phone!" I yelled off excitement. "Thank you so much!"
"No, thank you. You have been wonderful here." Josh said.
This was a wonderful phone. Smartphone, and it was perfect.
"One more thing," Colleen said, handing me a phone case that had Mickey Mouse on it. I had no words. I just smiled at them, and hugged them tightly. I was so thankful for everything they have done. Nobody has ever been as awesome as these two.
"Thank you mom and dad." I said.
I got on my phone, and the first thing I did was install games and other apps. There were the usual numbers in my contacts, my parents, some family friends, etc.
The rest of the night wasn't too much, we just all chilled at home.
The next morning we all got ready, Josh vlogged a little bit, but nothing much really happened.
We heard a knock at the front door, and we opened it, seeing somebody I never thought I would ever see again.
