The bright morning sun cast a golden glow over the city as the sounds of temple bells filled the air. It was the auspicious day of Mahanavmi, and Kartik decided to take Naira to the temple, wanting to start the day with blessings.
They arrived at the temple, the soft rustle of their traditional attire blending with the serene chants from the priest. Kartik, dressed in a simple yet elegant white kurta, held Naira’s hand as they walked up the temple steps. Naira, looking radiant in a pastel saree, felt a deep sense of peace being by Kartik’s side.

Her phone started ringing and she picks it immediately.

V: Kaha hai tu ghar me sab puch rahe hain...Aaj pooja hai tu kaha hai iss waqt?
Naira: Woh V kartik mujhe mandir leke aaya tha

Naira closes her eyes and saw Kartik’s face.
