City R is also known as the city of aristocracy, where half the population comprises nobles who reside here, maintaining their heritage and the power bestowed upon them by their ancestors. Many of these families chose to enter the business circle after the advent of democracy, seeking to regain the lost power and status in society. This high-class society has businesses all over the world but remains a closed circle, rarely allowing common people to be part of it. "The pride and honor of the family name is the most important thing" is engraved in every descendant.
The AWASTHI family is part of this high-class society, priding their name above all else. SHIVKUMAR AWASTHI is the head of the family, and his spouse, SHARDA AWASTHI, was also born into a prestigious family. They have been blessed with two sons and one daughter. Shivkumar's father was the founder of the company Awasthi Group, and the title was passed to Shivkumar, who is now the chairman. All the morals, ethics, and beliefs instilled in him by his father have now been passed to his children, and he expects the same from his grandchildren.
His eldest son, VAHIN AWASTHI, is the spitting image of his father and the former president of the company. He is married to PAAWNI AWASTHI, daughter of the Mishra family, another aristocratic lineage. She is a loving woman, entirely opposite in temperament to her husband. They have three children: SHIVIN AWASTHI, the eldest; SARANSH AWASTHI, the younger; and SAIRA AWASTHI, the youngest.
VAANYA AGARWAL, the second child and married daughter of Shivkumar Awasthi, is the spouse of ANIRUDH AGARWAL and mother of two.
VAIBHAV AWASTHI is the youngest brother of Vahin and Vaanya and an IAS officer. His wife, RAINA AWASTHI, and he have a daughter and son, RIDDHI AWASTHI and SHIVAY, both still in their teenage years.
SHIVIN AWASTHI, the elder brother of Saransh and the former CEO of Awasthi Group, was arranged to RAMYA AWASTHI, the granddaughter of a well-reputed but small business family. Together, they have a six-year-old son, LAKSHIT AWASTHI.
SARANSH AWASTHI, the current CEO of Awasthi Group, is married to DAKSHA AWASTHI, the granddaughter of Abhimaan Rajput, former CEO and owner of Rajput Resorts, now merged into Awasthi Group.
SAIRA AWASTHI, the youngest sibling of Saransh, is engaged to ISHAAN RAICHAND, CEO of his family business.
