13 First Date

Three days after the confession, Katsuki took Izuku on a date. Their first date. Before that, even though he didn't want to, he swallowed his pride and asked one of the girls for help.

Of course, who else would willing to do it except Mina. Ochaco wanted to help as well but Katsuki is too embarrassed already so they compromised and just let Mina help the blonde. Ochaco had teased him before and he didn't want to get tease again. Although he should've just choose Ochaco instead of Mina because the girl is too much for him. Too much energy. Too much ideas. Some of it is just too extreme and Katsuki won't be able to save his face if he ever agreed to those ideas.

After an hour of talking to Mina, Katsuki decided to call Momo instead. The rich girl had rich ideas as well. Katsuki is rich. He can definitely do what Momo had advised him. The problem is that Izuku is too simple. Ochaco had told him to make it simple but unforgettable. Izuku likes things simple. He is the kind of person that will definitely feel overwhelmed with something luxurious or extravagant. The guy is too simple in all aspects. But that's what Katsuki likes about him. Simplicity is beautiful in itself. He just didn't thought that something simple will make him work so hard.

Good thing, Kyoka is good at being simple. She is Momo's best friend and she is her complete opposite. They opposed in every way possible except for when it comes to music. Somehow, Momo likes Kyoka's type of music that's why they hit it off. She had given Katsuki a list of possible things they could do during their date. First is, the cinema.

Well, the very first thing she wrote is to dress casually and make sure to pick up Izuku. He had picked up the guy and they are now inside the mall. The mall is not simple but they can do some dates in here so Katsuki had chosen this mall. This is one of the places Ochaco had sent him last night when he had asked her for places he can bring Izuku for their date.

"Waaah! It's so big! I've only been here twice!" Izuku said while admiring the place. Katsuki can't help but fondly stare at him.

"That's impossible. Even those who work from 9 to 5 still have time to visit this place once or twice a week." Katsuki teased Izuku which makes him pout.

"But Kacchan, you know that I am busy. The first time I was here, I badly need to buy some supplies for my art project and the second time was with Denki, Ochaco and Mina. They wanted to hang out so I accompanied them." Izuku explained.

"Accompanied or they drag you out your room? I know those three. Their personalities seems like they most likely be persistent." Katsuki concluded and Izuku giggles. He agreed with what Katsuki had said. It's true. The three of them had literally dragged him out of his room and forced him to hang out with them. They reasoned that they are worried because they haven't seen him for a week. That's an exaggeration because they've seen him every lunch and dinner. He pouted upon remembering what had happened that time.

"So, what's the first thing we should do?" Izuku asked Katsuki. He actually wants to hold hands but they are not officially a couple yet. So he can't ask for it yet.

"Well, let's watch some movie first. What kind of movie do you like?" Katsuki asked and Izuku immediately told him about the movies he likes.

They spent one hour and thirty minutes inside the cinema. Izuku had enjoyed the movie and he is now mumbling reviews about the movie they had watched.

"It's sooo good! I wished I had seen it sooner though. I've been spoiled by Denki! He literally told me half of it two days ago!" Izuku complained. Katsuki is just listening to him. He will also sometimes answer if it is needed. But he is mostly silent. He just find it so amusing to see Izuku so happy. It's just that he lights up the room everytime he smiles. His expressions are just so adorable. Katsuki can't help but feel fondness seeping through every fiber of his being.

The next one is he brought Izuku into a section where they are selling action figures, plushies, comics and many different things. Denki was the one who told him about Izuku's obsession. He told him that Izuku is so obsessed with collecting action figures, plushies, comics, paintings, posters and even magazines. He even told him that Izuku's room is a shrine. He is so fond of animated series and movies. He is also fond of collecting albums from his favorite bands.

Katsuki had discovered Izuku's likes and dislikes through his friends. He also found out that Izuku had started talking to Kyoka when he had realized that they have the same music taste. Now, the three of them, Momo, Kyoka and Izuku sometimes hangouts together. Talking about music and maybe brands of teas. Katsuki is not sure.

Uraraka although she really did teased Katsuki, is the one who told him how much Izuku loves homemade food. Especially Katsudon. Katsuki is very confident about his cooking skills. He knows he can make a katsudon that Izuku will like that's why for their dinner later, he wants to invite Izuku into his apartment. Well, they are just going to have dinner and maybe they can also hangout there. They are only on their first date and Katsuki planned to make things low-key and slow. He wants to do it the right way for Izuku. He actually likes him very much. He wants to prove to Izuku that he is worthy of his affection.

Izuku is enjoying this date very much. Katsuki is very attentive towards him and he feels so special right now and he can't ask for more because the moment Katsuki reciprocated his feelings, he is over the moon. It's like all his dreams had come true. He hopes that their relationship will get stronger than ever. He wants to stay with Katsuki for the rest of his life. He is sure of it. He is very much in love with him that he will definitely get depressed if they ever to break up. Hopefully not

"Are you happy?" Katsuki finally asked him after they got out of the store. Izuku smiled brightly at him.

"I'm always happy as long as I am with Kacchan." Izuku replied and Katsuki felt his heart had skipped a beat. Izuku really knows what to say to fluster him. He ain't complaining though. He won't complain with it ever.

When dinner came, he immediately told Izuku about his plan and Izuku immediately agreed. The moment Katsuki finished cooking, Izuku is so happy. He didn't expect Katsuki to be so good at cooking. He loves the Katsudon his mother made but Katsuki's cooking has a different feels in it. He can't explain it further but he knows that this is very delicious. He wants to eat more of his cooking.

After dinner, Izuku made Katsuki promised to cook for him again later. He even shower the blonde lots and lots of compliments which makes Katsuki blushed. Although he won't admit that if you ask him.

So far, first date is a success! Looking forward for more dates in the future!
