The next morning, Sasuke woke up to the early rays of sunlight streaming through the cracks in the broken ceiling. Naruto was still asleep beside him, his chest rising and falling in a steady rhythm. Sasuke's hand rested on Naruto's head, fingers tangled in his wild blond hair, the memory of the night still fresh in his mind. It felt surreal—what they'd done, how they'd given in to their instincts so completely.

But now, in the harsh light of day, reality was sinking in. Naruto didn't remember everything, that much was clear. His rut had taken over his mind and body, leaving him in a haze of instinct and desire. Sasuke had let it happen, knowing full well what it meant, knowing Naruto wouldn't be the same once he realized the full extent of the night's events.

Sasuke carefully pulled away from Naruto, trying not to wake him as he stood. His clothes were shredded, the room was a disaster, and his own body was aching from the intensity of last night. As he dressed himself in what remained of his torn clothing, his mind raced with thoughts of what he would say to Naruto when he woke up. What could he say?

The door creaked open, and Sasuke tensed, turning to see who had entered. It was Sakura. Her face was pale, her eyes wide as she took in the destruction around her—the cracks in the walls, the broken furniture, the shattered remnants of last night's chaos. But her gaze quickly zeroed in on Sasuke.

"Sasuke-kun," she said softly, stepping into the room. "What happened here?"

Sasuke stiffened, but before he could respond, her eyes drifted to the bed where Naruto still lay. Her expression darkened instantly. She took a step toward Naruto, her fists clenched at her sides.

"Naruto," she muttered under her breath, barely able to contain her frustration. "What did he do to you?"

"Sakura, it's not what you think," Sasuke interrupted, stepping in front of her. His voice was low, but there was an edge to it. He knew where her mind was going, and he couldn't let her spiral into that.

But Sakura wasn't listening. "I knew this would happen!" she snapped, her voice rising. "Every time you try to help him, he drags you down with him. He's reckless, impulsive—he doesn't care about you the way I do!"

Sasuke's jaw tightened. "You don't understand."

"What's there to understand, Sasuke?" Sakura's voice was strained, her emotions threatening to spill over. "Naruto is dangerous, and you're... you're letting him ruin everything!" Her eyes searched Sasuke's face, looking for some sign that he agreed, that he was on her side. "You and I... we could be together. But you keep going back to him."

Sasuke closed his eyes for a moment, trying to keep his emotions in check. "This has nothing to do with you or me, Sakura."

"But it does!" Sakura's voice cracked. "I've loved you for so long, Sasuke-kun, and no matter what I do, no matter how hard I try, you always choose him!"

Naruto stirred behind them, his groggy voice cutting through the tension. "Sasuke...?" He rubbed his eyes, sitting up slowly, completely oblivious to the argument unfolding around him. "What happened?"

Sasuke turned toward Naruto, guilt weighing heavy in his chest. How was he supposed to explain this? Naruto's innocent confusion only made it harder. He hadn't asked for this, for the rut that overtook him, for the way things had spiraled out of control. Sasuke knew that.

Before Sasuke could speak, Sakura's eyes narrowed at Naruto, her anger bubbling over. "You!" she yelled, her finger pointing accusingly at Naruto. "You've always been in the way, haven't you? Always trying to take Sasuke away from me."

Naruto blinked, still disoriented. "What are you talking about, Sakura-chan?"

"Don't act like you don't know!" Sakura shouted, her voice shaking. "Every time, it's always about you! You and Sasuke, you and your stupid rivalry, your bond. I'm sick of it!"
