As the mission continued, the tension between Naruto, Sasuke, and the girl Naruto had saved began to intensify. She was constantly by his side, her flirtation growing bolder with each passing day. Sakura, seeing an opportunity, had subtly encouraged the girl, telling her how great Naruto was and how he needed someone who understood his strength and dedication. It was clear she was trying to match Naruto with the girl, her own heart still bruised from Sasuke's rejection.

Sasuke, meanwhile, was barely containing his frustration. Every time he saw Naruto with the girl, laughing or talking, something twisted inside him. The jealousy was suffocating, and the memory of the night they'd shared was a constant, painful reminder of what Naruto didn't know.

One night, after camp had been set up, Sasuke couldn't take it anymore. He stood at the edge of the forest, watching as Naruto laughed at something the girl said, her hand lightly brushing his arm again. His hands clenched into fists, and before he could stop himself, he turned and walked deeper into the woods, needing some space.

As Sasuke disappeared into the darkness, Naruto felt a strange tug in his chest. He couldn't quite put his finger on it, but something about Sasuke's sudden departure bothered him. The girl beside him was still talking, but Naruto's mind drifted, and before long, he excused himself to check on Sasuke.

Naruto found Sasuke leaning against a tree, his expression unreadable in the moonlight.

"Sasuke, are you okay?" Naruto asked, stepping closer.

Sasuke didn't respond right away, his gaze fixed on the ground. He didn't know how to answer that. He was so used to bottling up his emotions, pushing them down where no one could see, but around Naruto, it was harder to do that. Finally, he spoke, his voice low. "Why are you always with her?"

Naruto blinked, confused by the question. "What do you mean? She's just... I don't know, hanging out, I guess. Sakura-chan seems to like her, so..."

Sasuke's jaw tightened. "She's in love with you, idiot. Haven't you noticed?"

Naruto's eyes widened in surprise. "Wait, what? No way! She's just being nice because I saved her."

Sasuke scoffed, turning his back to Naruto. "You're clueless."

Naruto scratched the back of his head, still processing Sasuke's words. Before he could respond, however, a voice echoed in his mind—the deep, growling voice of the Nine Tails.

"Stupid boy, how do you not see it?" Kurama's voice rumbled in Naruto's mind, making him freeze. "That girl clearly wants to be with you. But she doesn't know what you really are, what you're capable of."

"What are you talking about, Kurama?" Naruto muttered under his breath, just loud enough for Sasuke, standing nearby, to catch it.

Sasuke's ears perked up at Naruto's words. He had heard Naruto speaking, but not Kurama's part of the conversation. He frowned, his curiosity piqued. What was Naruto talking about?

"I suppose it's time you knew," Kurama continued, his voice tinged with amusement. "You can mate with anyone, boy. Male or female, it doesn't matter. Because of my power, your body can adapt to either."

Naruto's face turned crimson as the realization hit him. "Wait... what? I can... get... anyone pregnant?"

Sasuke's eyes widened as he heard Naruto's shocked response. "What?!" Sasuke exclaimed, taking a step closer, unable to hide his surprise. "What are you talking about, Naruto?"

Naruto, realizing Sasuke had overheard him, panicked slightly, waving his hands. "Ah! Nothing, nothing, Sasuke! Just... Kurama being weird again."

But Sasuke wasn't buying it. His mind raced, trying to piece together what little he had heard. "You just said you could get anyone pregnant. What does that even mean, Naruto?"

Naruto opened his mouth to respond, but Kurama's voice cut him off internally.

"Don't explain anything to him, brat. He doesn't need to know."

Naruto hesitated, unsure of what to say. "It's... complicated, okay? Just... don't worry about it."

Sasuke's eyes narrowed, frustration building. "Don't worry about it? Naruto, you just said something that makes no sense! I'm not letting this go until you explain."

Naruto ran a hand through his hair, sighing. "Look, it's just something Kurama told me, okay? It's not a big deal."

But Sasuke's jealousy and confusion only deepened. Why was Naruto hiding this from him? What had Kurama told him that was so important, yet Naruto didn't want to share? And why did it involve something as bizarre as being able to get anyone pregnant?

The tension between them grew thicker with each passing moment. Sasuke's heart pounded in his chest, his emotions a confusing mix of frustration, jealousy, and something deeper, something he wasn't ready to acknowledge.

Naruto could feel Sasuke's eyes on him, sharp and probing, but he didn't know how to explain without revealing too much. The truth about what had happened during his rut still eluded him, but now Kurama's cryptic words only added to his confusion. And Sasuke—Sasuke seemed to be holding back something as well.

After a moment of silence, Naruto finally spoke again. "I'm sorry, Sasuke. I just... I can't explain it right now."

Sasuke's fists clenched, but he nodded, stepping back. "Fine. But this isn't over, Naruto. You owe me an explanation."

Naruto nodded, relieved that Sasuke was letting it go for now, though he knew it wouldn't last. Sasuke had always been relentless when he wanted answers, and Naruto could feel the pressure mounting.

As the days passed, the sexual tension between Naruto and Sasuke only grew. Every time Naruto looked at Sasuke, he felt something stirring inside him, something he didn't quite understand. And Sasuke—Sasuke was doing everything he could to keep his own feelings in check, but the way Naruto's mere presence affected him was becoming harder to ignore.

Meanwhile, the girl's advances became more obvious, and Sakura continued to push her toward Naruto, hoping it would distract him from Sasuke. Sasuke's jealousy flared every time he saw them together, but he couldn't do anything about it. Not yet.

One evening, as the group sat around the campfire, the girl leaned in close to Naruto, her voice soft as she said, "You know, Naruto... you're amazing. I've never met anyone like you before. I think... I think we'd make a great team, don't you?"

Naruto, completely oblivious, laughed awkwardly. "Uh, yeah! Teamwork's important, right?"

Sasuke watched the exchange from the other side of the fire, his hands clenched into fists. He couldn't stand it anymore. The jealousy, the frustration, the desire—it was all boiling over, and if he didn't do something soon, he knew he would explode.

Later that night, when everyone else was asleep, Sasuke cornered Naruto, pulling him aside. "We need to talk."

Naruto, still a little confused by everything, followed Sasuke into the woods, away from the others. "What's up, Sasuke?"

Sasuke turned to face him, his dark eyes burning with intensity. "That girl... do you actually like her?"

Naruto blinked, surprised by the question. "Uh, I mean, she's nice and all, but... no, not really. Why?"

Sasuke exhaled slowly, his jealousy easing slightly, but the tension between them only thickened. "Good," he muttered, stepping closer to Naruto, their faces inches apart. "Because I can't stand watching her flirt with you."

Naruto's heart skipped a beat, the air between them suddenly charged with something he couldn't quite name. "Sasuke... what are you saying?"

Sasuke didn't respond with words. Instead, he reached out, his fingers brushing against Naruto's cheek, the touch sending a shiver down Naruto's spine. The silence between them stretched, the weight of everything they hadn't said hanging in the air.

Naruto felt his breath hitch, the warmth of Sasuke's hand on his skin making his pulse race. He didn't understand what was happening between them, but he knew one thing for sure: he didn't want Sasuke to stop.

The sexual tension that had been simmering between them for days was finally coming to a head, and there was no turning back now.
