41 - Happy

Monday morning Theo woke up earlier than his timer. He got up and went to the bathroom to get ready for the day.
In the shower Theo thought about the weekend and what happened.
He was still happy he finally told his dad about him being gay.
Walking to the kitchen he already heard his dad making breakfast.
"morning dad" He said and sat down at the kitchen table, his das smiled at him "morning, ready for breakfast?" he asked Theo, he just nodded.
His dad brought the pancakes and strawberries to the kitchen table.
"How long do you have school today?" Tim asked his son, Theo thought for a moment "I think till 2pm, why?" he asked him back.
"You wanna come with me to Lucy and Tamara? We wanna cook together and maybe later go to the park, there is a little concert." Tim explained to his son. Theo thought for a little bit "yeah why not" he smiled slightly.
After breakfast Tim drove Theo to school and then drove to his work.

Walking through the school hallway Theo saw Charlie already at his locker. He walked towards him. "Hey Charlie" Theo smiled at him, Charlie smiled back at him "Hey, you look so happy what happened?" Charlie asked. "I finally told my dad that i'm gay and it went so good" Theo smiled as he explained it to him. Charlie looked surprised "oh wow that's cool. So did you tell him about us?" he asked him, Theo shook his head "No no I think that's too early" he said and Charlie nodded "Yeah" he said. "Wanna come over after school?" He asked Theo "Yeah sure" he said and forgot about the plans he made with his dad this morning. Charlie smiled.

After school he went to the parking lot already seeing his dad waiting for him. "Hi dad" he said and got in the car, Tim smiled "Hey, ready for our plans?" he asked his son. Theo looked surprised "Oh shit. Dad I just promised a friend to help him with math after school" Theo lied so he don't need to tell his dad about Charlie. "You can do that tomorrow Theo. Tamara was happy that you said yes" Tim said, Theo looked at his dad "I'm sorry, it's just really important because of the math test next week" He said, Tim nodded "Okay but definitely next time" he said, Theo nodded.
Arrived at home Theo went to the bathroom to take a shower, after that he got dressed and walked to the bus stop to drive to Charlie's home.

He knocked on Charlie's door "Hey" Charlie said as he opened the door. Theo went in "Your parents are home?" Theo asked, Charlie laughed "You mean my mom. You remember my parents are divorced but no she's at work till 8pm or something" he said, Theo laughed "oh no i'm sorry I totally forgot" Charlie nodded.
"Come here, we go to my room" Charlie said and went upstairs, Theo followed him. "Your room looks cool Charlie, I like the color" Theo said and looked around. "Thanks actually my mom said I should take this color but I like it too" Charlie explained. Theo sat down at the chair next to the bed, Charlie went to his desk grabbing something from his pencil case "This time?" Charlie asked and hold up something to smoke, Theo nodded. They both sat down on the windowsill "Here" Charlie said and gave the joint to Theo. They talked about school and a few other things. "So you said your dad reacted good about you being gay. What about your mother?" he asked Theo. He gave Charlie the joint back "Oh I don't have any contact with my mom anymore, it's complicated." Theo explained, Charlie nodded "Sorry, but i'm glad your dad reacted good. Anyone else you told about it?" Charlie was curious about it "Only my best friend Noah. So my dad, him and you are the only ones who knows it. What about you? Did you told anyone?" He asked back. Charlie thought for a moment "No I told no one. I don't even know i'm gay maybe just bisexual or something. I mean it's nothing important right?" he said, Theo nodded.
Charlie laid down on his bed and Theo sat next to him. Charlie grabbed Theo from behind and pulled him down to him, Theo laughed "Hey what are you doing?" He asked, Charlie smiled "Just want you lying next to me." He said. A few minutes of silence, Charlie turned his head to Theo's "I liked what we did last time" he said and then slowly came closer to Theo, he smiled. They closed their eyes and kissed.
Charlie jumped up "Shit" he said, Theo looked confused "What? Did I do something wrong?" He asked, Charlie shook his head "No no, my mom is home earlier than I thought. You need to leave Theo, i'm sorry." He said and grabbed Theos jacket and gave it to him. "Oh okay" he said and went down. "Bye" Theo said, Charlie looked at him and kissed him fast "Bye". Theo left Charlie's house and went back to his own house.
