Chapter 5: Error

No POV:

The area was quiet. The sky appeared to be a shade of dark blue. It was mysteriously quiet and dark, and there were 2 people.. or rather 1 person and a hedgehog walking by themselves.

A huge building was in front of them, or rather, an island. It was big, and had this building on top of the island. There was an egg symbol on it that belonged to a specific doctor called Dr. Egghead *ahem* Dr. Eggman.

The base is guarded by Dr. Eggman's robots and the lab is highly protected and secured. It is extremely difficult to break in, but it didn't seem like a problem for these 2 beings.

Y/N's POV:

Shadow used chaos control to teleport us to this place, and it looks so ugly. I feel so dejected just looking at this.. whatever this stupid island is.

I have no idea how I'll break into this place.. it looks so hard to get into. The fact that there are so much robots guarding this place.. how will I fight? I'm still learning how to control my powers.

I've labeled this move I've been practicing at that castle I was teleported to. I called the move 'Wave of Demise'. Pretty cool name right? I put wave in it because whenever I use that move.. maybe I should just call it a skill. Whenever I use that skill.. I summon a wave and its this cyan water pool that I can summon with my fingers!! It's.. complicated.

I like complications!

Also, I've figured out how to transform back into my regular self.. kind of. Whenever I wave my fingers in a specific gesture, I can transform a little bit of my body back! My legs can turn back to normal.. but the rest of my body can't. I'm still practicing.. I can't keep the color of my skin pure dark black forever. Humans are going to look at me like crazy. I don't even know if I'm a human now, since I've got all these 'alien' like powers.

While were were heading into the lab, Shadow tugged my hand and I turned my head to him. "Do you know how to.. fight?" Shadow asked, scratching his head and getting ready in his fighting stance.

"OF COURSE I do! I've already gained like.. powers from that stupid chaos thingy, and I've been practicing!" I grinned, increasing my confidence and looking up at him.

Shadow groaned and while he entered the lab, I followed right behind him. This lab is even worse than him. Shadow is such a loser... he's always angry. Once I find all of these stupid chaos emeralds.. I don't wanna see him again. But.. at least he might lead me to my dad, since he's been captured by Eggman.

I have faith that my dad could be here. I just know it. Eggman can't just take my dad like that without any ulterior motives. I just know it! He's got to be here, right? Right? Optimism... haha...

I looked around the lab, investigating all of Eggman's robots. They looked so freaking cool! But shadow keeps stopping me from touching- I mean, looking at the robots. He's such a nuisance.
