The neon green hair fiasco was still fresh in Draco Malfoy’s mind as he sat in the Slytherin common room, staring at Aria Sinclair from across the room.

She was lounging comfortably in her favourite armchair, chatting and laughing with Pansy and Mattheo. Draco's eyes narrowed as he watched her, his jaw clenched.

“I swear, I’m going to get her back for that,” Draco muttered under his breath.

Blaise, sitting beside him on the couch, raised an eyebrow. “You’re still thinking about that? You’re going to end up bald if you keep obsessing.”

Draco shot him a look. “She turned my hair green, Blaise. Green. I looked like a human Christmas tree. There’s no way I’m letting that go.”

“Well,” Blaise said, leaning back casually, “if you want to get even, you better come up with something good. You know Aria doesn’t take anything lying down.”

Draco smirked, an idea forming in his mind. “Oh, don’t worry. I’ve got just the thing in mind. It’s going to be brilliant.”

Blaise glanced at him, intrigued. “What are you planning?”

Draco leaned closer and whispered, “A little charm. It’s going to give her a serious case of jelly legs the moment she steps out of the Great Hall. She’ll wobble all the way down the corridor. Imagine her trying to keep her balance in front of everyone—she won’t know what hit her.”

Blaise chuckled. “Sounds simple enough. But are you sure it’ll work?”

Draco’s grin widened. “Of course. All I need is the right timing.”

The next morning, Draco had everything in place. The charm was simple enough—a little flick of the wand as Aria passed him in the Great Hall, and her legs would turn to jelly. It was foolproof.

He spotted Aria sitting at the Slytherin table, laughing with her friends as usual.

She seemed completely oblivious, and Draco's smirk deepened. Today was the day.

He positioned himself near the exit of the Great Hall, his wand hidden under his robe.

Blaise stood next to him, pretending to engage in casual conversation but clearly anticipating the prank.

“Here she comes,” Blaise whispered, nodding toward Aria, who was chatting with Pansy and  Lorenzo as they stood up from the table.

Draco’s heart raced with excitement. As Aria passed by him, he flicked his wand ever so discreetly and muttered the charm under his breath.

He grinned triumphantly as she walked past, waiting for the moment her legs would turn to jelly.

But instead of Aria wobbling down the corridor, there was a sudden yelp from behind them.
