I woke up next to Annabeth. We were in the infirmary. I sat up as Leo and Hazel came in. Hazel put her hands over her eyes and turned to face the wall. I looked down and realised I wasn't wearing my shirt, just a bandage over my cut. I knew that if i looked at it again, it would be worse. "Feeling better man? You've been out for two days, we're about to land at camp." Leo chucked a clean shirt at me. I hastily put it on. "Ok Hazel you can look now."  Her face was a pure look of embarrassment. "We cleaned your wound and gave you ambrosia and nectar, but it wouldn't heal just gave you a temperature. We even put you in the ocean at a stop and that didn't work either. Coach even tries some nature voodoo. Whatever caused this cut had some serious magic." I nodded, I had a feeling that this cut was never going to heal.

Annabeth woke up next to me. Leo winked and started pushing Hazel out of the door, "we better give them some alone time!" He said closing the door. "Percy!" Annabeth pulled me into an embrace. "Gods you look horrible." I rolled my eyes "You don't look too good yourself either wise girl." It was true, her eyes were sunken in with giant dark circles under them. Her hair was messy as if she couldn't be bothered taking care of it. "I got the ok to leave the infirmary yesterday, I just couldn't leave you. Not after everything. Cmon lets go to the dock, everyone will want to see you." She helped me too my feet. I took one step and my knee buckled under my weight.

I had to lean on Annabeth the whole way. By the time we had gotten there I felt like I was going to hurl and was sweating. Everyone was holding the rails taking in the fresh air, they looked peaceful and happy. "Hey guys! Look who's up!" Frank came and took me from Annabeth. Everyone came over smiling. I decided to try and stand on my own. It was simple, stop leaning on frank, put my body weight onto my own feet. Did it work?

No of course not. Why would it? Instantly I fell. I slipped in and out from consciousness for the rest of the day.

One time Annabeth is sitting on the cot in the infirmary that Im on and muttering to herself as she fed nectar and ambrosia. Then it was the middle of the night, Jason was standing in the opposite corner, standing arms crossed with his eyes on his feet.
