Minho's POV:
It was Min who opened the door for us.. His eyes were about to explode with anger when he saw Chan being carried in.
"I know I'm not in any state to tell you this." Min hissed,
"but for God's sake, leave him alone. At least for just one day!""What did you do this time?" he continued, noticing the way Chan's body was wrapped in blanket,
"Why is he wrapped-""Min, stop please... We didn't do anything." I cut him off.
"Where are the others?
Get them here. I have something to tell."Despite his anger, he complied with what I said and went to find the others.
Meanwhile, I glanced at I.N."Come on, let's get him to bed." I whispered. Together, we carried Chan through the hallway and into his room, laying him gently onto the bed. His body didn't stir, not even a flicker of consciousness.
"Innie, you can go to your room if you want. Hyungs can handle it from here."
I said, preparing to remove the bedsheet covering Chan's still body.
"It-it's fine..."
"What are you guys mumbling about, hmm? What happened? "
Bin's voice was cautious as he entered, his eyes immediately locking onto the bed. At that moment, I slowly removed the bed sheet from Chan.
Even though I had seen it before, it didn't make the sight any easier. it still filled me with fear.
"Wh-what's all this..." Bin's voice trembled as he took in the sight of Chan's ravaged body, his eyes wide with shock.
"Can you take him to the bathroom, Bin? We need to clean him up before anything else."
I asked quietly. Bin didn't say a word. he bent down and gently lifted Chan into his arms, As he turned towards the door, I caught a glimpse of the others by the door, their faces drained of color, mouths slightly parted in shock.
Min stood at the center.
A tear rolled silently down his cheek, trailing off his chin. He clenched his jaw."D-did he..."
Min's voice cracked.
The look in his eyes was one I recognized instantly-those familiar eyes that seemed to scream betrayal, as if someone he trusted had broken his heart ."Minnie..." I quickly interjected before he could finish the thought.
"It's not what you think... He didn't do anything wrong. "
My words rushed out, desperate to prevent any misunderstandings. Min's tear-filled eyes blinked in confusion, and the others, exchanged bewildered looks. If they could have looked more shocked, they did.
I sighed...
"Bin, take him to the bathroom. I'll explain everything soon."As Bin carefully carried Chan towards the bathroom, with his help I washed chan..
Innie and I took turns recounting what had happened to the rest of the group."And the manager said... he remembered everything again." Innie finished, his voice low, filled with tension.
By the time Innie finished, no one said a word. There was a stillness that took over the room.
"I said I'll trust him yet I judged him again..."
Min muttered, his voice laced with self-reproach, clearly struggling with the weight of his own guilt .
The rest of the group stood there, lost, unable to fully comprehend the gravity of what had unfolded.
We had seen and done cruel things before, But no-this... This was different. This crossed a line. No matter how harsh we had been to him, this... this was beyond anything we could ever justify.
