During the night, Ben keeps sleeping in his bed inside his room as he keeps whimpering in pain and suffering hearing some past voices from the ones in his mind...

Ben: (groans)

He hears some voices.

Terry haunts Ben's mind.

Claire Bryce: (voiceover) Sometimes you gotta keep it up on the part of your journey towards the future.

Amara: (voiceover) Don't deny at all, Ben! Terry Silver always bested you in all the struggles.

While Ben keeps sleeping, hearing the voices of his mind in his head, he keeps whimpering in pain as the memory flashes into a flashback of his dad Tom dying of pneumonia in year 2011.

Tom: (voiceover) Go live a life full of happiness, my brave starboy. You know what I mean. I'm glad I got the chance to see you and Sam together as one family of Miyagi-Do.

Ben hears his youngest self (played by Gordon Cormier) smile and sniffles at his dying father's wish in his mind full of an old memory.

Young Ben: (voiceover) Dad, Sam and I were friends, not childhood crushes.

Tom chuckles and coughs a bit in Ben's mind.

Tom: (voiceover) I know what you mean, starboy. Mr Miyagi once said to me before..."Tom-san, when the fight comes to you, you have to be ready to fight back. Only strength will become one." You need to be brave for your brother and your mom when I'm gone, Benjamin. Promise me.

Ben's youngest self cries in tears in Ben's teenage self mind.

Young Ben: (voiceover) I promise you, dad. I will be brave for Mom and Jack as well.

Another flash memory sees back in New York, Ralph, Claire and Amara began to walk around the streets of New York Time Square during the night when it rained in 2016.

Amara: Ralph. Ralph. The hell is wrong with you?

Ralph keeps ignoring Amara's question.

Amara: Ralph, stop this! This is not what our Sensei taught us about showing no mercy.

Ralph: You really think I'm gonna let my cousin Ben get hurt because of Chris Han? He never stops bullying him with the help of his Black Dragons Karate goons.

Claire: Ralph, just take it easy-

Ralph, Amara and Claire walk towards inside the side of the Time Square, where they hide behind the big wooden crate.

Claire: What are we hiding from?

Ralph: Them.

He points to the guy with the black hair and Asian skin named Chris Han alongside with his goons like Edward Marigold (played by Jared Lewison) and Kendall "Ken" Winters (played by Leo Howard) laughing about bullying Ben.

Chris: That was freaking awesome, bros! We're just like the Metallica band.

Ken: Yeah, bullying that Ben-freak was awesome!

Chris: The next time we see this Ben, he will regret it for putting an apple pie on my pants..

Edward: So much for that bullying act.
