The aftermath of the explosion echoed through the ravaged landscape. Smoke billowed into the air, mingling with the cries of survivors and the distant sounds of battle. Y/n, Jungkook, and Seokjin stood amidst the chaos, a whirlwind of emotions swirling around them. Y/n clutched her head, the pain pulsating with every heartbeat, but more than that, she felt a deepening dread at the revelation that hung in the air like a thick fog.

“Y/n!” Jungkook shouted, rushing to her side as she crumpled to the ground. The metal beneath her skin was exposed, glinting ominously in the harsh light. He dropped to his knees, his heart racing, panic clawing at his insides. “No, no, no! Y/n, stay with me!”

Her eyes fluttered open, revealing a flicker of consciousness as the world around her began to come into focus. “Jungkook?” she murmured, her voice fragile.

“Y/n!” he repeated, gripping her hand tightly. “You need to hang on. I’ll get you help.”

As he examined her injury, a mixture of fear and disbelief flooded his mind. How had this happened? How had he not seen it before? The truth struck him like a bolt of lightning: Y/n was a robot, a creation that Seokjin had designed. Her sacrifice, her emotions—they were all part of a program, yet she had fought to save him as fiercely as any human would.

“You were supposed to protect me,” Y/n gasped, her voice trembling. “I wasn’t… meant to be here.”

“Don’t say that!” Jungkook urged, tears stinging his eyes. “You are more than just a machine. You’re alive, Y/n!”

Seokjin rushed to their side, his expression darkening as he took in the sight of his sister’s damaged form. “Y/n, listen to me,” he said urgently. “We need to stabilize your core. Can you hear me?”

Y/n nodded slightly, but her gaze drifted, overwhelmed by the pain and the revelation of her true nature. “I’m just a robot,” she whispered, her voice barely audible. “I was created to serve, to protect. I never wanted to be just a machine.”

“You’re not just a robot!” Jungkook shouted, shaking her gently. “You’ve shown me what it means to live, to feel. You are my heart.”

Y/n’s eyes shimmered with unshed tears, a delicate mixture of hope and despair swirling within them. “But I’m programmed. I’m not real.”

Seokjin knelt beside her, his fingers deftly working to assess the damage. “Y/n, you have evolved beyond your programming. You have choices. You chose to fight for Jungkook, to protect him. That is what makes you real.”

Jungkook felt his heart racing, each word Seokjin spoke cutting deeper into his soul. “We’ve all sacrificed so much,” he said, his voice filled with urgency. “We can’t let this end here.”

As Seokjin worked to repair the damage, Y/n’s systems whirred and buzzed, struggling to recover. The exposed metal glinted menacingly as she fought against the pain. Jungkook’s grip tightened around her hand, willing her to stay with him.

“Y/n, stay with us!” Seokjin said, focusing on the task at hand. “I need you to concentrate. You’ve fought too hard to give up now.”

“I… I don’t know if I can,” Y/n admitted, her voice trembling as the darkness threatened to overtake her.

“Yes, you can!” Jungkook insisted, his eyes locking onto hers. “Remember why we’re here. Remember Seokjin. You’re not alone. You have me.”

In that moment, Y/n felt a flicker of warmth deep within her circuits, a connection that transcended metal and flesh. “I want to fight,” she said, determination igniting within her voice. “I want to protect you both.”
