Garnet's POV

Once I saw that Amethyst and the yellow gem had left, my attention shifted back to Jasper, who had just released my now broken right hand and lunged at me with her fist clenched up.
I quickly dodged her punch and she tripped forward, giving me the advantage to summon my left gautlet and slam it down on the back of her head. She immediantly jolted upward and summoned her helmet.
She charged towards me again, attempting to headbutt me. I jumped back, but she did hit the side of my arm.
She stopped behind me and I spun around to be met with a fist to the face, knocking off my glasses and I stumbled back. Jasper laughed as she jumped forwards and smashed her helmet onto my head, swiping me off my feet and throwing me far back. I grunted as I tried to stand up as fast as I could, but Jasper was already right infront of me.
She instantly started thrashing me left and right across the face, each blow made me grow deeper toward unconsciousness.
Finally, My thoughts snapped back into place and I strengthened a stance into the ground, preventing me from getting thrown back any further. I summoned my right gautlet and gasped as pain immediantly shot through my hand at the pressure. I tried to push it away and focus on hitting Jasper. I accurately darted my right gautlet to the side of her face, trying to ignore the instant worsening violent shock that thundered through my hand, then my left. Soon creating a rythymic pattern as my punches somehow fell in sync. Jasper stepped back each time, looking more desparate on making a rash decision. She finally charged me and grabbed my right arm tightly, way more fast than I was expecting, catching me off guard. She started spining in place while still holding my right arm. I yelled as she swung me by my arm, speeding up each second. She lost her grip a little bit at one point and moved down to continue spinning me by my throbbing right hand. I grunted, trying to hold in a shriek of pain as my wrist bones were slowly yet ridgdly being pulled. Jasper's bruised face looked almost emotionless as she finally let go, hurling me toward the ocean as I yelled. I was still rising higher than what airplanes fly at. After minutes of what seemed like endless soaring, I slowly started drifting down. A large green island came into view through the shady clouds and my form started picking up even more speed. I darted straight into the side of a large tree with a crack of a few branches and poked my head out of the leaves, viewing the ocean.
I hummed and estimated a 3 day swim(or walk) back to the temple with future vision.

Steven's POV

The tall orange gem was cornering Peridot against the trash pile she hid in before.
I had to act fast.
I cautiously got up and lightly tiptoed behind from where i was hiding earlier, making sure Peridot didn't notice me.
I peered around the corner of another pile beside mines, to look for who I saw earlier. When I thought she had left us, a hand touched my shoulder, I jumped and nearly gasped, but they had covered my mouth quickly.
"Shh." Amethyst whispered to me and I nodded my head as she let go and quietly pulled out her whip, sneaking over to Tormaline, who was dragging Peridot by the back of her hair towards the temple door, Peridot looked horrified as she struggled to put up a fight or at least a little resistance. Amethyst inched behind them, Peridot still not noticing as she clenched her eyes shut tight and right as Amethyst held her whip up to strike the taller gem, I sensed a bad pressence behind me, but I was too late, she had already had a deadly choke hold on me.
"Put the weapon down, Amethyst~..." she commanded in some kind of a mix of a taunt and creepy ghost sorta tone tone.
I froze as the tall gem holding Peridot turned around to face my captor, along with Amethyst.
"Amethyst. Put the weapon down or I choke him." She said more srict to Amethyst as if she was her dog or something. Amethyst's eyes were wide with resistance as we all could clearly see her eyes switch and blend between yellow and purple.
She shook her head aggressively while loudly grunting.
"That's it. Just give in already.~..."
She tried to push her mentally, slowly. Her eyes turned back to yellow and she fell to her knees, gripping the sides of her head while yelling in pain.
I shuddered.
That must really hurt her.
She lifted her head up a bit to look at me, then she slowly twisted around to Peridot, she was trembling and still crying from the pain of her hair and she wore an extremely concerned look. Amethyst twisted back around and looked down again. She grunted in pain as her resistance appeared to shock her back mercilessly. Still grunting, she slowly stood up and tilted her head back up to reveal faded yellow eyes. She did win the battle, but not entirely.
"NO!!!! I-I'm not gonna hurt a-anyone!!!...Except for y-you!!!"
And on the last word, she ran towards us faster than I had ever seen her run before. She jumped up and in a flash, there was tight whip around the yellow gem's neck. She instantly gripped the whip, releasing me, and yanked up, throwing Amethyst into a tall quartz-like rock, causeing it to fall onto her.
