"Carly! I'm going to the cafe," I yelled.

"NOOO! I don't want to go any where," Carly yelled back from downstairs.

"I never said we were going!"

"Then, can you PLEASE get me a Green Tea!"

"Don't be such a lazy ass and come if you want one!"

"I'm not a lazy ass! I just don't have the motivation to get up from the couch and walk 3 blocks!"

"Like I said lazy ass!"

"Girls! Quit screaming," Carly's mom shouted, directing it to both of us.

"Mom! Your shouting too!"

"Carly, don't be smart with me!"

I grabbed my phone and wallet, that was coincidentally in my pocket when I was being burned alive in my basement, and I ran downstairs.

"Sorry for the yelling."

"Alright, it's fine."

"OH! So it's fine when Laura yells but not me," Carly said, walking into the kitchen.

"She's still adjusting to our rules, while you on the other hand have been living here for the last 17 years so you should know better."

"She's been and slept over at this house for 10 years, mother."

"She doesn't sleep here everyday, now does she?"

"Right, right, right...Laura, PRETTY PLEASE get me a green tea? I've been craving it all week."

"I thought you said you didn't have the motivation," I said.

"I did, now get me that tea."

"ARGH, fine."

"YAY! Here, I'll get you the money......mom...can I have some money?"

"Oh, now you want money? Don't you have a job? I'm not your bank, you know?"

"Obviously, you're not my bank and I lost my job remember, for sleeping, last week."

"I don't understand how you can sleep in a busy store," Carly's mom said, taking out her wallet.

"I slept late the night before that day."

"Here, and I expect you to get a new job by next week," Carly's mom said, handing me the some change.

I clumsily stuffed the money into me pocket.

"Yeah, yeah mom," Carly said.

"Okay, bye."

"Bye, sweetie. Oh, and Carly lock the door for Laura. I still need to get her a key." Carly's mom said.

"Fine, but only because she's getting a tea for me," Carly said, sticking her tongue at me.

Carly and I walked over to the door.

"Green tea..." Carly whispered

"Yeah, yeah I know."

"Oh and also, remember tomorrow we are going over to Ashton's house to pick up your stuff."

"Alright, I know."

Ashton went on a vacation to Mexico with his family, that they planned 4 months ago, a day before I was released from the hospital. Ashton wasn't going to go after the whole 'my house was burnt down because of my dad thing' but, after 3 hours of arguing, I convinced him I would be alright without him and that he should go. Today, Ashton and his family came back from their trip. Ashton was probably still jetlagged so we decided to wait until tomorrow.

My walk to the cafe was mostly in complete silence except for some cars and bikers passing by and some neighbours waving and asking how I was.

I opened the door and took a deep breathe in, the coffee scent filled up in my nose. I loved the smell of this place.

I got in line. There were a lot of people because it was the lunch hour. I ordered a green tea, chicken salad sandwich and a cup of coffee. I took my order and went to sit at a table in front of the window in the far left side.

I ate my sandwich and drank my coffee.

I got up and grabbed Carly's drink. I started walking when I accidently bumped into a tall, muscular figure.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry. I wasn't watching where I was going," I said

I looked at his shirt, realizing I spilled Carly's drink and now it was all over his shirt. I looked up and saw he was had the most sexiest face, I had ever seen. He was oddly familiar, though.

"No, it's okay, I have a extra shirt in my car," he said.

I took a long look at his face, trying to remember where I seen him from.

"Anyway, it's not everyday a beautiful girl, like you, bump into me," he said, with a cheeky smile.

I must had a weird face because he asks, "my name is Liam, what's yours?"
