So you know this whole situation with Aliza's p.e teacher, well let me rewind it right back to the beginning when they first met and let me tell you about it in detail. Because this plays a massive part in this story.

In year 10 some of the classes we had, we were put in different groups based on our ability. So in maths we'd be put into sets and there were 6 sets. Set 1-3 were the higher sets, those for the people good in maths. Set 4 was for the people that were okay at maths and set 5 and 6 were the lowest for those that weren't good at all in maths. Science was similar and so was p.e. If you were really good at sports then you'd be in gcse p.e group and if you were okay at p.e then you'd be in the btec p.e group. Those that were bad at sports were split into 3 groups: one only girls group, one only boys group and there was one mixed group.

Aliza was put into the group that was bad at sports. She was in Ms Louise Carly's only girls group. She didn't like the group because her friends, which consists of: Samantha, Maddison, Tina Alfresco and Nina Arnold, were all in the lower mixed group and she wanted to be with them. To her luck the p.e teachers did mention that if we didn't like our groups we may switch.

So she went and asked their p.e teacher, Mr Adam Chapman. He didn't give her an answer straightway. So she waited and waited.

Then finally the moment had arrived, she was allowed to be in his class.
Woohoo for her!
However little did she knew that moving to his class was going to change everything, and I mean E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G!

At first Aliza didn't like Mr Chapman, she found him weird and annoying. She'd always tell me the weird things he's do or say. He gave her a nickname, Bahbi ( that's in bengali for sister in law) don't ask,I don't know why he'd call her that, it's one of their inside jokes. Mr Chapman would behave like a friend towards Aliza rather more than a teacher. He would treat her differently from the other girls, he kind of got a bit too friendly. And we ( her friends and me) started to notice that and that's when the teasing began.

Soon most of the girls in our year would notice the way Aliza and Mr Chapman behaved towards eachother and didn't think it was right, so they would join in with the teasing. You should've seen us in technology everyone would tease her, it was actually quite funny. Even the cover teacher we had, Ms Chang would tease her. At first she seemed horrible, but after a while we got used to her and realised she weren't that bad, to be honest she was better than our actual teacher. Our usual teacher was pregnant so she wasn't in school. Aliza said that she didn't like Mr Chapman the way we thought she did, he was just really nice to her.

4 months later.....

Slowly I started to think that actually she did like him. It was the way she spoke about him. I realised he brought out a side to her I don't think I've ever seen. She seemed more confident in herself, she seemed more..... Happy. But I wasn't 100% sure she liked him, I mean she was still with Mason.

She would constantly talk about Mr Chapman, like literally when she'd come to pick me up in the morning for school, Mr Chapman would be the only topic she wanted to talk about. Aliza would tell me all the things he'd say or do and she'd act like she doesn't care or it's whatever, but you can tell that deep down each and every moment she shared with him ment so much to her and that she'd never forget them and she'd always cherish them forever.

One of the memories she told me about was when they were in the gym, that's right we have a gym in our school how amazing. Anyway everyone had to have a go on the treadmill. Mr Chapman would stand right next to the treadmill as everyone had their turn. It was Aliza's turn next, at first she was doing well, but then she accidently tripped up. She would've fallen and hit the ground, if it weren't for Mr Chapman. He grabbed her before anything could happen. She told me that in that moment it felt like everything slowed down, it felt like it was just them two alone. She said it looked and felt like a bollywood scene. I would give you an exact number of how many times she had told me that story, but I had lost count.

There was another time when they were in the sports hall and her class was doing trampolining. Two big trampolines would be put next to eachother, one was for the girls and the other for the boys. One by one they all had a go. Obviously there were going to be one or two scaredy cats, and Aliza was one of them. She couldn't even get on top of it, did I mention that she is short, coz she is. So Mr Chapman told he's assistant to get the bench to help her get on the trampoline. Once she was on it, she was scared to jump. So Mr Chapman got on and jumped with her. I guess one thing that was okay about him was that he always tried to help her. Although sometimes it looked like he was leading her on, which was not okay.

What got me thinking more that she liked him, was when she gave him home cooked food for dinner. You see she had found out that he lives on his own and can't cook to save his life. So he'd buy and cook already made lasagne. Then he asked her to get him food. No one knows if that was a joke. Anyone else would've taken that as a joke and not gotten him anything. But this is Aliza we were talking about, she obviously took it seriously and she got him food. Lots of people found out what she did and they were just as surprised as me. This made them tease her more, but she didn't care.

Another memory of hers was when we were in the library re-doing our English controlled assessments. The library's windows was just opposite to the p.e ones. So if you looked through it then you could see the p.e teachers and they can see you. Yh all the p.e teachers share a room as an office. Me and Aliza were sitting on the opposite side of those windows, we were facing the walls. If we turned our backs we could see the windows and what the p.e teachers were up to.

When the teacher infront of us spoke about the assessment, our eyes couldn't help but slip away, looking out the windows. To be honest what the p.e teachers were doing seemed more interesting than what the teacher infront of us was talking about. They were playing catch, they were throwing objects at eachother, making sure they don't hit the ground. They looked like they were having so much fun.

Me and Aliza looked out the window again, only to find familiar eyes looking back at us. Mr Chapman started to wave at Aliza. She started blushing. Then things got weird, as he started crazily doing star jumps and then he tried to mime going down the stairs. What made things more awkward was that the other teachers were there just watching him. But he didn't care. That's the thing about Mr Chapman he'd act however he pleases with Aliza and won't have a care in the world.

She's told me about these stories countless of times, yet every single time she spoke of them they filled her up with joy. So I had a strong feeling that she liked him, but her still being with Mason and not admitting whether she likes him or not, made me doubt my thoughts.

But oh boy was I in for a big surprise...
