It was a new day and it started off with my first lesson being English, which actually had just finished. So I was off to my second lesson which was technology textiles, oh god I hated tech so much. I was getting close to the building when I saw half my class just standing outside of it. I guess they all hated it too, so they decided to take their time going there. And by the way my tech class was an all girls class. Our tech class was fun, it was the teacher and the subject itself that I didn't really like.

Aliza looked back and saw me, her face greeted me with a miserable look. So what happened? I hear you all dying to know. Well...

"He's getting married," She said with no expression in her voice whatsoever as she stared at the ground waiting for it to swallow her whole. "What? You're joking right?," I asked, not completely convinced. "No he's getting married. He told me," She said again. While I had English, Aliza had p.e. So he must've told her then. I didn't believe it at first because I expected her to be running to me with her tears flooding the area, but she wasn't. I mean yeah she was upset and you could see that, but I don't know. It was like her body wasn't functioning right.

I felt bad for her mainly because I thought it was my fault. I felt like I jinxed it or something. You see when she had confessed to me that she liked him, I kept telling her that nothing can or will happen between them because of their age difference and positions. I mean he was her p.e teacher. So I'd give her all these scenarios to see how she'd deal with it if it came true, e.g what if he moved away? What if he finds another better job?..and.. What if he gets married?... Yh I probably shouldn't have said that, but I had no idea that it would actually come true, so did she. When I asked her that question she disregarded it like she thought that would never happen. I bet she wished she would've listened to me.

From that day on she tried her best to avoid him. It was hard as they did have p.e together. Everytime he'd come up to her she wouldn't speak or she'd just walk away. She couldn't bare to be anywhere near him or she'd break down. He noticed her actions and he was hurt by it but it was nothing compared to how hurt she was. She was the only one that knew he was getting married. He wanted to keep it a secret. But he'd constantly talk about it to Aliza.

She realised that it was impossible to avoid him, so she decided to continue talking to him and be happy for him. If you love them, then you need to let them go. That's what she was doing. It was killing her though, her heart was already in pieces and he was happily trampling all over it. Unaware that everytime he spoke of his wedding, he's words were crushing the tiny pieces into nothing. Once, she had broken down in class and she had to get out. She was really hurting and there was nothing I could do for her. I felt so useless. She'd tell me how she'd cry herself to sleep every night. God, it was so hard to hear that.

Months later.

She was getting use to the pain, but she wanted it to go. Unfortunately it wouldn't. She would behave how she usually would with Chapman so he wouldn't find out how she felt about him. She didn't want him to know. I told her that maybe telling him wasn't such a bad idea. Letting it out might ease off the pain. But she didn't want to.

Her feelings were still there and still strong. It was like no matter what happened her heart would always belong to him, it would break any rules for him and still continue to love him forgetting the consequences. Some times she'd end up going back to her usual really happy, stalkerish self. And then other times reality would slap her right across the face making her break down and become so depressed. She wouldn't speak as much or behave crazily. I missed her old self. I couldn't help her with this, it was too complicated and I didn't know what she was going through. So I couldn't help her or make her feel better.

He would still act so normal with her. Maybe he really didn't know how she felt about him. I mean he wouldn't do this on purpose, right? She decided not to go to the schools sixth form anymore. Mainly because she had found out that Chapman found a new job and he was leaving. Also she felt that if she did come back there, it would hurt because of all the memories of her and him.

I couldn't belive this guy. Every chance Chapman would get all he'd do is talk about his fiancé, Holly, Or he'd talk about the wedding with Aliza. Couldn't he see that talking about it was painful to her. He even got Aliza to help him pick a birthday present for Holly. Aliza being the sweet person she is, gave him many ideas. Bless her soul, she was going through such a heart ache and she still helped him out. She was dealing with the situation really well. She was trying her best to be happy for them.

At times things between them felt so normal. At least once he knew he was getting married he never treated her differently from before.

There was a maths residential trip for all the sets except sets 1 and 2. The trip was to help students do better in maths. Lots of people went to that trip. Aliza and Chapman also went. They only stayed there for one night. During the day they'd do a lot of maths activities.

When she came back she told me all about it. One of the fondest memories she had from it was obviously to do with her and Chapman. On the way to the place they were going to stay, there was a big park and everyone wanted to go there. So they stopped the coach and parked it. Everyone went there separate ways. Chapman decided to hang with Aliza. It was just the two of them. They were walking and talking. Then Chapman like always decided to make things weird. He was saying to her how she'd end up marrying a guy from bangaldesh. Then he said, "Okay imagine I'm your husband and I said I love you (he said it in another language.)" Aliza got so happy even if he said it as as joke and unintentionally and in another language. He still kind of said it.

The worst memory she had from the trip was cringe worthy. It was night and everyone had changed into their pj's. Aliza suggested on ordering pizza and everyone chipped in. Once the pizza had arrived they took it into Aliza's room and started to eat it. Some teachers came too. Chapman was there sitting opposite to her with his legs spread out only inches away from touching Aliza. They were all munching on pizza. What no one noticed except for Maddison, (yh she was there too.) Aliza's cleavage was clearly showing. Maddison who supposed to be her friend, did the very normal human thing and filmed it. I saw the video and couldn't stop laughing. What made it cringey was the fact that Chapman weren't sitting to far away so he could've noticed it. Yh to some of yous that doesn't sound like anything bad but to Aliza that was the worst thing that could possibly happen.

Yr 11 was ending soon and Aliza was still heartbroken but still in love with Chapman.

Could it get any better that this?....
